We are currently seeking a motivated Planner to join our dynamic award winning team. The Planner will support the planning
function across a variety of large-scale projects, typically up to £20m in value, assisting with the development and maintenance
of project schedules. Reporting into a Senior Planner, the Planner will contribute to schedule development, monitoring, and
reporting activities while gaining exposure to complex project environments. Responsibilities include supporting schedule
maintenance, monitoring progress, and assisting with recovery plan development where required. Additionally, the Planner will
support technical planning activities including Work Breakdown Structure, Cost Breakdown Structure, and Resource Loading.

Develop and maintain delivery schedules with clear milestones, coordinating work sequences with the wider project plan.
Assist with schedule monitoring, identify critical activities, and support updating and maintaining project schedules.
Support the review and analysis of contractor schedules and provide recommendations to the project team.
Assist with evaluating quantities, job hours, and schedule logic; helping prepare progress and performance reports.
Support contract programme assessment, compensation events, and delay analysis where required.
Essential
2–3 years’ experience working as a Planner, ideally on projects over £5m, with proficiency in Primavera (P6) and MS Excel.
Experience supporting planning activities on infrastructure or large-scale construction projects.
Understanding of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction processes, and NEC contracts.
Strong communication skills, personal resilience, and ability to operate within ambiguity.
