Spotters for Datacenter Construction Sites in Gävle, Valbo, and Sandviken
About the role
NORTHLANE is looking for several Spotters for datacenter projects in Gävle, Valbo, and Sandviken.
As a Spotter, you will contribute to a safe and well-organized working environment. You will work on the project site, observe ongoing activities, and identify potential risks or deviations.
Key responsibilities
Observe work activities and surrounding conditions to help maintain a safe working environment.
Identify and report risks and deviations.
Communicate clearly with work teams and contractors.
Help ensure that instructions and safety procedures are followed.
Contribute to a safe and well-organized working environment.
We are looking for someone who
Can communicate in English at work, both verbally and in writing.
Has a valid driving license and access to a car.
Can follow instructions and safety procedures.
Works well with others.
Is observant, responsible, and punctual.
Has the physical ability required to carry out the work, since the role involves extended periods of standing and walking.
Desirable but not required
Previous experience as a Spotter or in datacenter projects.
Previous experience in construction, industry, project-based work, or safety-related roles.
Employment conditions
Project-based fixed-term employment.
Work locations: Gävle, Valbo, and Sandviken.
Start date: According to agreement.
The work is mainly carried out during the daytime, but evening and weekend work may occur.
Background screening
The successful candidate will be required to complete a background screening as part of the employment process.
