Healthcare is in crisis and the people behind the results deserve better. With more and more data coming from wearables, lab
tests, and patient–doctor interactions, we’re entering an era where data is abundant.
Junction is building the infrastructure layer for diagnostic healthcare, making patient data accessible, actionable, and automated
across labs and devices. Our mission is simple but ambitious: use health data to unlock unprecedented insight into human health
and disease.
If you're passionate about how technology can supercharge healthcare, you’ll fit right in.
Backed by Creandum, Point Nine, 20VC, YC, and leading angels, we’re working to solve one of the biggest challenges of our time:
making healthcare personalized, proactive, and affordable. We’re already connecting millions and scaling fast.
Short on time? TL;DR
The salary range shown is intentionally broad to reflect the range of skills and levels that we are open to for this role.
Why we need you
Our current team is small and we want to triple it this year. The ambitious part isn't the number — it's finding the right people.
People who want to work on hard, interesting problems and actually change something in the world.
You'd join a small People & Talent team: Dani, who looks after People Ops; Nicole, who owns all business recruitment; and Lyn, who
you'd report to and who's been running technical hiring until now. We want someone to take all of technical hiring and put 100% of
their energy into it — building pipeline, building a network, caring about every hire we make.
What you'll be doing day to day

Healthcare is in crisis and the people behind the results deserve better. With more and more data coming from wearables, lab tests, and patient–doctor interactions, we’re entering an era where data is abundant. Junction is building the infrastructure layer for diagnostic healthcare, making patient data accessible, actionable, and automated across labs and devices. Our mission is simple but ambitious: use health data to unlock unprecedented insight into human health and disease. If you're passionate about how technology can supercharge healthcare, you’ll fit right in. Backed by Creandum, Point Nine, 20VC, YC, and leading angels, we’re working to solve one of the biggest challenges of our time: making healthcare personalized, proactive, and affordable. We’re already connecting millions and scaling fast. Short on time? * You: You’re an experienced product builder. You’re motivated to help predict chronic diseases - faster and more affordably * Us: Team size 45, 7 engineers, revenue 4x'd in the last year * Salary: £90K - £130K + equity * Location: Fully remote (GMT timezone) Why we need you Our small (for now) but mighty 6-person engineering team is tackling big, ambitious problems across wearables and lab testing. We’re already: * Streaming time-series data from 3M+ wearables every second * Helping major digital health companies deliver 4M+ lab tests across all 50 US states * Saving millions of patients thousands of dollars Now we’re aiming even higher: going from 4 million lab tests to 40 million diagnostics in the next year. To get there, we need full-stack engineers who can help us build the next version of our diagnostics API. You don’t need healthcare experience but you do need to: * Get excited about shipping features that can cut medical bills by 10x * Be curious enough to unpack messy insurance incentives and parse thousands of records to estimate true out-of-pocket costs for patients * Ask sharp questions to take a problem from “rough idea” to shipped software * Stay pragmatic and comfortable navigating domain experts, constraints, and real-world edge cases * Care deeply about UX: build interfaces that feel intuitive and clearly communicate complex healthcare information What you’ll be doing day to day * Building our customer facing products: we have dashboards for both product verticals, wearables and lab testing. For example, the lab testing dashboard allows customers to self serve and order lab tests for their patients. * Speaking with customers: for this role, we need you to be customer obsessed, asking thought-provoking questions and digging into product usage * Owning features across the stack: You'll own features end-to-end across frontend and backend, and in the cloud. You'll build new functionality, design clean APIs, and manage reliable, fault-tolerant services and pipelines in production. * Tackling ambitious problems: you’ll be breaking down technical challenges that haven’t been done before in healthcare, we need you to be extremely product minded with every line of code you write * Iterating quickly: ship, learn from real usage, and refine to make the experience better each time. Requirements * Startup engineering experience where you influenced what to build, not just how to build it * Bonus: you’ve built something from 0 → 1 * A track record of building and shipping full-stack features end-to-end * Ability to turn messy or unclear problems into a clear plan * Comfortable working across frontend and backend (perfection in both not required) * Strong product judgment - within a clear product direction * Focus on how people actually use the product, not just code elegance * Fast iteration based on feedback and metrics * Comfortable working in a domain with hard constraints and complex real-world edge cases * Proactive about getting feedback from customers on what you ship You don’t need to tick every box to fit in here. If the problems we’re solving genuinely interest you and you know you can contribute, we’d love to talk. How you'll be compensated * Salary: £90K - £130K + equity * Your salary is dependent on your location and experience level * Equity (extended exercise post 2 years of employment) * Company and team offsites * Monthly learning budget of $150 for personal development and productivity * $100 monthly wellness budget * Flexible, remote-first working - including $1K for home office equipment * Coworking budget * 36 days paid time off (including bank holidays) * Premium healthcare coverage * 4% monthly contribution to pension/401k * Yearly blood test on us * Enhanced parental, foster, and adoption leave Important details before applying: * We only hire folks physically based in GMT and EST timezones - more information here * We do not sponsor visas right now given our stage

ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our truly global Talent team at ElevenLabs. This is not a conventional recruiter role — you’ll own complex, high-impact technical hiring end to end, from shaping the search strategy through to closing truly exceptional talent. You’ll partner deeply with engineering, research, and leadership teams to re-imagine what great technical hiring looks like at scale. You’ll be a key member of a small, high-powered team that’s redefining quality of hire and pushing the boundaries of how world-class technical talent is found, engaged, and hired. This role sits at the intersection of deep technical specialization, high velocity, and an uncompromising bar. If you’re energized by ownership, creative problem-solving, and building hiring systems that scale — this role will stretch and level up your career. WHAT YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE * Owning full-cycle recruiting for highly technical roles across product engineering, ML/AI, infrastructure, research, and beyond. * Partnering closely with hiring managers to deeply understand problems, calibrate on signals, and continuously raise the hiring bar. * Designing and executing thoughtful search strategies — from market mapping and outreach to interview design and closing. * Managing multiple complex searches simultaneously without sacrificing candidate experience or quality. * Acting as a trusted advisor to candidates, guiding them through a rigorous process with clarity, empathy, and conviction. * Serving as an ambassador for ElevenLabs — every interaction reflects our values and sets the tone for the candidate experience. * Continuously improving how we hire by iterating on processes, tooling, and data-driven insights. REQUIREMENTS * Proven experience hiring top-tier engineering and technical talent in competitive markets (we’d love to see ~3+ years, but impact matters more than years). * Experience running full-cycle technical recruiting, including sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, and closing. * Strong ability to manage high-complexity searches with many moving parts — you stay structured, adaptable, and focused. * Skilled at translating technical and business needs into clear hiring strategies and compelling candidate narratives. * Excellent written and verbal communication — you build trust with both deeply technical candidates and senior stakeholders. * Comfortable operating in fast-paced, remote-first environments and collaborating across global time zones. * Curious, creative, and genuinely interested in engineering, AI, and how exceptional teams are built. Bonus: * Experience hiring for research, infrastructure, systems, or other deeply technical roles. * Experience recruiting globally across multiple regions. * Background in high-growth startups or similarly fast-moving environments. * A builder’s mindset: you experiment, learn quickly, spot patterns, and continuously refine recruiting playbooks and processes. LOCATION This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw. #LI-remote
ABOUT APRON Apron is building something game-changing. Founded in 2021, Apron set out to help SMBs win. Small businesses are the backbone of the economy, yet the systems they rely on — particularly around payments — are slow, manual and not built for them. The biggest threat to a small business is cash flow, often stemming from a gap between the demands payments put on owners and their ability to make those payments effectively. Apron changes that. We're closing the gap by digitising and simplifying the payments process: capturing invoices, issuing expense cards, paying and getting paid, all in one place. We've grown fast over the past few years, expanding our team to circa 100 people across the UK, Germany, Spain and beyond. We're backed by Index Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, Zinal Growth and Tony Fadell, having raised $50m to date. The ambition from here isn't incremental. Apron is building a category-defining, global fintech business with a clear path to significant revenue scale and international expansion. Getting there takes more than a great product — it takes a world-class team, and that starts with how we hire. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a mid level Tech Recruiter to join our Talent team on a full-time basis and help power Apron's next stage of growth. Apron was named the #1 fastest growing fintech (Sifted 100) across the UK & Ireland in 2026, and as we scale further, we need a sharp, sourcing-led recruiter who can take real ownership of our hiring. This is a great role for someone who's already comfortable running full-cycle technical recruitment and wants more autonomy, more variety, and a seat closer to the business — without the need of managing a team. You'll work closely with our hiring managers across Engineering, Product and Data, owning searches end-to-end and helping shape how we find, engage and close great people in a competitive market. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Own full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of technical and product roles — including Backend, Frontend, Mobile and ML Engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers and Data Analysts. * Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role briefs, and agree hiring criteria and process. * Proactively source and engage candidates through outbound channels — building strong pipelines, actively exploring new candidate sources. * Manage the candidate experience from first contact through offer, keeping communication sharp, timely and human. * Use hiring data (funnel conversion, time-to-hire, source effectiveness) to flag bottlenecks and suggest improvements to hiring managers and the wider Talent team. * Build and nurture a talent pool of strong candidates for future roles, keeping warm relationships going even when the timing isn't right. * Stay close to the market — salary benchmarks, competitor hiring activity, and candidate sentiment — and share insight with the team. * Support employer brand initiatives that help Apron stand out to engineering talent (content, events, careers page, job ads). WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Continous experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, with solid exposure to technical/engineering hiring (in-house or agency background both welcome). * Confidence running full-cycle recruitment independently, from brief to offer. * Hands-on sourcing skills — you know your way around LinkedIn Recruiter, online communities and crafting messages that actually get replies. * Experience recruiting within a startup, scaleup or fintech environment, ideally in London, where speed and adaptability are the norm. * A genuine interest in tech and product, and the ability to speak credibly with engineers about their work. * Comfortable using an ATS and interpreting hiring data to inform decisions. * Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple live roles and hiring managers at once. * A collaborative, low-ego approach — you're building your career in recruitment and want to learn from a small, experienced team while taking real ownership. Nice to have: experience hiring in a regulated or payments-adjacent business, or exposure to recruiting for AI/ML roles WHAT WE OFFER 💷 Competitive salary + meaningful stock options 📈 Pension plan with Nest 🏥 Health insurance (including optical and dental cover), life assurance 🚼 Enhanced parental leave 🥗 Weekly Deliveroo allowance 🌴 29 days holiday (on top of bank holidays) ☕ Flexible working hours 📍 Hybrid working — 3 days a week in our London (Liverpool Street) office 🚲 Cycle to Work scheme, Electric Vehicle scheme OUR HIRING PROCESS Straightforward, transparent, and run at your pace — with feedback within 24 hours at every stage. 1. Intro call with our Recruiter (30 min) 2. Task/case study — a real sourcing or hiring scenario 3. Interview with a future hiring manager (60 min) 4. Final interview with Leadership (45 min) 5. Offer 🔥
