I rollen som Verification Engineer hos vår kund ges du möjlighet att arbeta med att utveckla testmetoder för verifiering av ADAS-features. Testmetoderna utvecklas i Python vilket innebär att du som söker behöver ha erfarenhet av det, testerna skickas sedan vidare i en simuleringsmiljö och därför ser vi positivt på om du som söker även har erfarenhet av simulering. Teamet verkar i gränslandet mellan kund och interna stakeholders vilket innebär att du i rollen kommer ha kontakt med såväl kunder som kollegor internt. I rollen som Verification Engineer kommer du också att analysera och utvärdera utfallen av testerna.
VI SÖKER DIG SOM:Har en avslutad masterexamen inom Datateknik eller närliggande område.
Har 3-5 års erfarenhet av en liknande roll.
Har mycket goda kunskaper i Python och grundläggande kunskap i C.
Talar och skriver flytande på svenska och engelska, då båda språken kommuniceras såväl internt som externt i det dagliga arbetet.
Erfarenhet av simuleringsmiljöer.
Vidare kommer stor vikt att läggas vid personlig lämplighet där du som söker är självgående och lösningsorienterad. Du trivs i en tekniskt komplex miljö och vi tror att du trivs som allra bäst om du har ett fordonsintresse. Vidare är du kommunikativ och trygg med att föra dialog såväl inom som utanför organisationen.
Detta är ett konsultuppdrag vilket innebär att du kommer att vara anställd av Friday och arbeta som konsult ute hos vår kund.

We continuously integrate software from multiple teams, sensors, and domains, ensuring that our systems behave correctly across all levels—from unit to complete vehicle.To achieve this, we rely on robust CI pipelines, strong test strategies, and high levels of automation, combined with the ability to analyse, triage, and resolve issues quickly.A key principle in our way of working is maintaining an always releasable (green) master branch, where every change is validated before integration and continuously verified after integration.We are now strengthening our CI capability and are looking for engineers to take end-to-end responsibility for maintaining CI health, driving ADAS test strategies, and ensuring stable and reliable integration flows. About the Role We are looking for a passionate Test Automation Engineer to join our team developing next-generation autonomous vehicle technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and safety of safety-critical vehicle functions through systematic testing and automation. If you are excited about cars, autonomous driving, and creating robust test solutions for complex systems, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Analyze system and software requirements for safety-critical vehicle functions. Design, develop, and maintain test cases based on functional and safety requirements. Create and maintain automated test scripts and test frameworks. Execute manual and automated tests in simulation and target environments. Perform test result evaluation and detailed log analysis to identify defects and root causes. Collaborate with system engineers, developers, and safety engineers to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Support verification and validation activities throughout the development lifecycle. Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies and automation processes. Qualifications Required Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. Experience in software testing and test automation. Strong understanding of requirements analysis and test design techniques. Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar. Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools. Experience analyzing logs and troubleshooting complex system behaviors. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
