Application Specialist - Dynamics 365 Field Service Developer

Swegon is building a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform to strengthen our customer-centric digital

capabilities. The solution is already deployed in multiple countries and is continuously expanding.

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Developer, Application Specialist with focus on Field Service to join our growing software team.

You will play a key role in turning business needs into scalable, high-quality solutions and help bring technologies like AI, IoT,

and automation into real-world use. Our ambition is clear: to become a global leader in software for indoor climate solutions.

Meritorious qualifications include experience within the Field Service domain, such as service workflows, technician management,

and scheduling. Experience with ERP and CRM integrations is also highly valued, as well as strong knowledge of Azure and Azure

DevOps. Experience with IoT integrations is considered a significant advantage, along with prior work with Dynamics Field Service

in a large multinational organization. A basic understanding of Power BI is also desirable.
