I denna roll blir du den tekniska representanten för elteknikverksamheten i Sverige. Du kommer att vara länken mellan olika funktioner i organisationen för att kunna anpassa krav, prioriteringar, integration och leveransförväntningar. Tjänsten innebär bland annat att driva utvecklingen och implementeringen av nästa generations HPC (high-performance computing) och software-defined vehicle (SDV)-arkitekturer. Du kommer att ansvara för att omvandla arkitektoniska koncept till robusta och produktionsfärdiga elektriska och elektroniska lösningar. Det kommer att vara ett starkt fokus på centraliserade beräkningsplattformar, höghastighetskommunikation och integrerade fordonssystem. I rollen kommer du att leda design och utveckling av E/E-delsystem, översätta system- och arkitekturspecifikationer till detaljerade elektriska konstruktioner och ge tekniskt stöd för hårdvaruintegration, systemutveckling, felsökning och validering. Du kommer även att säkerställa en effektiv systemintegration mellan hårdvara och mjukvara. Tjänsten innebär även att förtydliga krav, ha en nära samordning med kunden och stödja tekniska aktiviteter med kunden.
Tjänsten är en resident roll, och innebär att du kommer vara anställd av AUMOVIO men huvudsakligen arbeta ute på plats, hos en av de kunder som AUMOVIO jobbar med.
För att trivas i rollen hos oss ser vi att du är en person som kombinerar tekniskt djup med en stark förmåga att bygga relationer. Du har en god kommunikativ förmåga och kan förklara såväl de tekniska detaljerna som den övergripande bilden till våra kunder. Du motiveras av att vara spindeln i nätet och trivs som bäst när du får agera länk mellan komplexa tekniska team och kundens specifika behov.
Universitetsexamen inom elektroteknik, elektronikteknik, datateknik, fordonsteknik eller jämförbart område.
Gärna mer än 5 års erfarenhet av utveckling inom fordonselektroteknik.
Goda kunskaper om E/E-arkitekturer och HPC-plattformar (SoC, GPU-baserade system) med exponering mot fordonsnätverk (Automotive Ethernet, CAN, etc.).
Förståelse för SoC:er, GPU:er, acceleratorer, minneshierarkier, bandbreddsbegränsningar samt effekt- och termiska aspekter.
Förståelse för tvärfunktionell utveckling i en internationell miljö.
Förståelse av samordning mellan system-, programvaru-, test-, kvalitets- och projektledningsfunktioner.
Flytande engelska.
Bakgrund inom Karosseri- / fordonsstyrenheter och/eller batterihanteringssystem för elbilar.
God förmåga gällande grundläggande utvecklingsmetoder, strukturerad problemlösning och releaseorienterat genomförande.
Bra kommunikationsförmåga, intressenthantering och förmåga att översätta kundbehov till handlingsbara utvecklingsprioriteringar.
Flytande svenska.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate complete software development activities for the Steering Gear Module. Set up and maintain project and delivery plans, align stakeholders, and manage deliverables and deadlines. Drive deployment of software to the manufacturing plant and aftermarket channels. Handle effective communication and coordination across internal teams, project partners, and suppliers. Act as the main point of contact and representative for the complete software stack. Ensure end-to-end alignment of development flows, interfaces, and project visibility. Analyse aftermarket data and fault reports to assess severity, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Identify risks, prepare mitigation plans, and ensure clear escalation paths. Maintain an always-updated delivery roadmap, including sub-function and requirement-level progress. Conduct software checks and validation prior to delivery to customers.
