ABOUT THE ROLE Rojo Integrations is looking for an Integration Specialist to join our global delivery team. In this role, you will be the technical bridge between our customers and the integration landscapes they depend on, building new integrations, keeping production integrations running reliably, and supporting the complete change request lifecycle. You will work within a rotational support model, including participation in an alternate weekend support schedule, and take hands-on ownership of both day-to-day support and the full change request lifecycle. As an Integration Specialist, you will be at the sharp end of that ambition, delivering the technical excellence and customer trust that makes it a reality. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Solution Delivery & Development • Develop new interfaces or enhancements using SAP Integration Suite, SAP PI/PO, BTP, or equivalent platforms as required. • Assess, scope, and implement customer change requests against existing integration interfaces. • Follow a structured change management process including impact analysis, testing, sign-off, and controlled deployment. • Liaise with customers to confirm requirements, set expectations, and communicate progress on change delivery. • Proven experience with full lifecycle integration implementation or rollout projects. • Proactively identify risks, improvements, and opportunities. Operational Support & Incident Management • Serve as first and second-line support for production SAP integration environments, including participation in an alternate weekend support rotation. • Monitor integration flows continuously, identifying and resolving incidents proactively before they affect customers. • Triage and diagnose failures across SAP PI/PO, Integration Suite, and connected systems while isolating root causes quickly and accurately. • Own tickets end-to-end, including initial response, investigation, resolution, customer communication, and post-incident documentation. • Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and recommend permanent fixes to prevent repeat incidents. • Maintain clear, structured handover notes and support logs to ensure seamless continuity across global time zones. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required • 2+ years of hands-on integration or middleware experience, ideally in SAP environments. • Proficiency with SAP integration tools (e.g. SAP Integration Suite, SAP PI/PO, BTP) or equivalent platforms like SnapLogic, Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, etc. • Solid understanding of API design (REST/SOAP), data formats (JSON, XML, IDoc), and integration concepts including message mapping and data transformations. • Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Datadog, Kibana, etc.) and incident management workflows (Jira, ServiceNow, GitLab). • Familiarity with change management processes and controlled deployment practices. • Strong written and spoken English for customer communication and technical documentation. • Ability and willingness to participate in an alternate weekend support rotation. • Customer-first mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Git). • Adaptable and quick to learn new tools and technologies. Desirable • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP BTP. • Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Groovy, Ruby). • ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent service management experience. • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, or other SAP modules in an integration context. • Additional language skills are an advantage given our global customer base. • Awareness of AI tools and their practical application in integration workflows. Part of your responsibilities is to support the different developing teams during the entire lifecycle of an interface, from requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, and handing over to operational support. We are looking for experienced Enterprise Integration Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate has: * Strong knowledge of integration principles and consultancy skills to be able to translate business to IT requirements. * Hands-on experience in the integration of SAP and non-SAP systems in A2A and B2B scenarios. * In-depth technical, functional, and architectural expertise in integrating applications using different technologies such as but not limited to; REST, SOAP, ALE-IDocs, EDI, RFC, XI, HTTP, IDOC, JDBC, File/FTP, Mail, JMS. * Solid middleware knowledge and web service skills. * Good understanding of REST API and Web Services. * Extensive experience with integrating 3rd party applications using Rest based services. * Create and enhance numerous test scripts to handle changes in the software. * Used Postman & SOAPUI for rest service testing. * Provided pre-and post-production deployment support end to end. * Proven experience with full life cycle Integration implementation or rollout projects * Demonstrated experience with deliverables planning, client-facing roles, and high pace environments.
