We are looking for a Head of Marketing & Communications to strengthen our product marketing and drive commercial impact globally. The role is based at our HQ in Mölndal, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, with responsibility for a marketing team of two. Your impact You will play a key role in strengthening our commercial impact, by shaping how we position our products, how we communicate their value, and how we support our sales teams and distributors globally. You are comfortable switching between thinking long-term and getting things done yourself – whether that means shaping a message, creating material, or supporting a launch together with sales. What you will do Strengthen how we position our product offer and ensure our messaging is clear and consistent across markets and distributors Own and drive Neoventa’s global marketing and communications strategy Partner and contribute closely with Sales/distributors, R&D and Clinical teams to translate customer and market insights into impactful communication Develop marketing campaigns and sales materials to support distributors and sales teams Contribute to the development of Neoventa Academy for education and engagement together with KOL’s and the Clinical team. Develop our digital channels and content, including growing our e-learning offering Own and drive product launches and portfolio communication together with sales Define budget, team goals and KPIs, measure performance and continuously improve marketing effectiveness Lead and develop the marketing team, create clear priorities, a positive work environment, and strong execution across global marketing and communications activities. Your profile We believe you are commercially minded, collaborative, and comfortable working close to both products and sales. YOUR TASKS As a Vessel Superintendent, you are responsible for the technical and operational support of assigned vessels within the fleet. You will work closely with the crew in their daily operation, follow up on and monitor short-and long-term maintenance. In this position, you will have the mandate to make purchases of technical supplies and spare parts, work according to our 5-year plan and be responsible for the vessels’ proactive and cost-effective planning. The Vessel Superintendents’ responsibility is also to work within the limits for our annual budget. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Daily technical follow-ups. Ensure that assigned vessels are in good condition and that the crew are adequately supported to maintain the vessel in compliance with applicable rules and regulations. Travelling to assigned vessels and other company offices regularly. Planning and supervising of vessels, shipyards and repairs. Carry out regular technical inspections on board assigned vessels. Responsible for resolving and finalising technical issues for your assigned vessels. Close follow-up on the vessel’s maintenance, ensuring optimal operational efficiency. Coordinate technical support and service personnel when required. Responsible for developing and maintaining the assigned vessels’ Planned Maintenance System. Close cooperation with Crewing, HSSE-Q and Chartering departments. Implementing safety and environmental standards so the vessels can operate safely. This is a senior, hands-on role for a bioanalytical subject-matter expert who can own biomarker assay work end to end, from development and validation through GLP/GCLP sample analysis - in support of sponsors’ preclinical and clinical programs, with a particular focus on gene and cell therapy. Who Are We? In this role, you will split your time between hands-on NGS work and project management - as comfortable leading a project as running an experiment. You have NGS experience relevant for gene and cell therapy - typically one or more of: RNA-seq for transgene expression and transcriptomic biomarkers., Integration-site analysis for lentiviral / retroviral vectors., AAV vector genome and capsid sequence confirmation, and impurity profiling., Targeted panels or WGS for off-target editing analysis in gene-editing programs. You hold a PhD in a relevant field, with significant industry experience (e.g., 2+ years in a CRO or pharma bioanalytical setting). You have hands-on qPCR and dPCR expertise across preclinical and clinical settings. You have expertise in biodistribution and shedding studies for advanced drug modalities. You can stand behind your assay work in front of auditors and inspectors (GLP/GCLP; OECD GxP a strong plus). You are organized and meticulous, essential in a regulated laboratory - and process excellent English communication skills (both written and oral).
