Som Lead Planner har du en central roll i projektets tidsstyrning. Du leder och samordnar planeringsarbetet, säkerställer tillförlitliga tidplaner och skapar beslutsunderlag som hjälper projektet att driva rätt aktiviteter i rätt tid.
Med ett strukturerat arbetssätt, stark analysförmåga och god samverkansförmåga bidrar du till att säkerställa projektets framdrift och skapa värde genom hela genomförandet.
Tjänsten som Lead Planner
Som Lead Planner leder och kvalitetssäkrar du projektets planeringsprocess. Du ansvarar för att tidplaner etableras, utvecklas, följs upp och används som ett aktivt styrverktyg genom projektets olika faser. Rollen innebär ett nära samarbete med andra nyckelfunktioner inom projektet.
I din roll ingår att
ha huvudansvar för projektets tidsstyrning och tiduppföljning, inklusive framdrift, prognoser och avvikelsehantering
leda, samordna och kvalitetssäkra arbetet med projektets tidsplanering i samverkan med projekttidplanerare och övriga nyckelfunktioner
säkerställa att tidplaner upprättas och struktureras enligt projektets gemensamma arbetssätt, WBS och NCC:s processer
analysera samband mellan tid, produktion, inköp, projektering, ekonomi och kontraktuella åtaganden
identifiera, analysera och rapportera tidsrelaterade risker, möjligheter och konsekvenser för projektets genomförande
ta fram tydliga besluts- och prognosunderlag till projektledning, ledningsgrupp och kund i samverkansprojekt
bidra till utveckling av arbetssätt, verktyg och metoder inom planering, exempelvis genom analyser av kritisk linje, alternativa scenarier och uppföljning av framdrift
stödja projektledningen i frågor kopplade till kontraktstid, ändringshantering och tidsrelaterade kommersiella frågeställningar.
Din profil som Lead Planner
Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av att leda och driva planeringsarbete i komplexa miljöer, gärna inom större bygg- och/eller infrastrukturprojekt. Du förstår hur tidplanen påverkar projektets ekonomi, resursplanering, inköp, projektering och produktion.
Du har en stark analytisk förmåga och kan omsätta detaljerad information till välgrundade beslut som stödjer verksamhetens övergripande mål. Samtidigt har du förmågan att se helheten, identifiera samband och förutse konsekvenser av olika vägval.
Du har god förståelse för produktionsflöden och trivs i en roll där du får skapa struktur, samordna olika intressenter och bidra till att projektet håller rätt riktning genom hela genomförandet.
Du har en god förmåga att kommunicera och engagera andra i planeringsarbetet, skapa samsyn mellan olika funktioner samt förmedla komplex information på ett tydligt och pedagogiskt sätt.
Du kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska, i såväl tal som skrift.
Erfarenhet av Primavera P6 är meriterande.

För den här tjänsten genomför vi bakgrundskontroll i enligt med NCC:s säkerhetskultur. Divisionen kan komma att arbeta med säkerhetsklassade projekt varför säkerhetsprövning kan komma att genomföras.

In this role, you will partner closely with management and cross-functional teams to ensure robust financial governance, prepare business decisions, and enable scalable growth. This position requires strong accounting and financial planning experience, a hands-on mindset, and the ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights.
