Do you want to work hands-on with vehicles and understand how ADAS systems behave in real traffic? Do you enjoy testing, analyzing system behavior, and solving issues in real-world conditions? Are you comfortable working across teams, driving discussions, and handling complex problems where ownership is not always clear? Apply today, no CV needed at first stage, only contact information, we’ll cover the rest later. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- INSIGHTS FROM THE TEAM Team Altitude works with end-to-end testing of Cruise features within ADAS in real vehicles. The focus is on verifying that the software behaves correctly in real-world conditions, not just in simulations. The team combines different competencies, including simulation and vehicle testing. In this role, you will be part of the vehicle testing group, working closely with development teams and ARTs. This is a highly collaborative setup, where you will work closely with others, often from the office, to solve issues that span systems and teams. You will interact with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that testing results lead to concrete actions. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- YOUR MISSION AND DAY-TO-DAY TASKS In this role, you are responsible for connecting system design with real-world behavior in vehicles. You ensure that Cruise functions perform correctly, are stable, and meet both technical and user expectations. This is not a role with clearly defined tasks only. You will need to identify issues, drive discussions, and help teams align on ownership and solutions. A large part of the work involves understanding system behavior and driving work forward across teams. Typical tasks include: * Plan and execute vehicle testing on public roads and test tracks * Verify feature behavior and requirement fulfillment in real scenarios * Select vehicle baselines and coordinate software under test across teams * Drive cross-team discussions on issues, ownership, and next steps * Analyze logs and system behavior to identify root causes * Write and prioritize fault reports and support first-line analysis * Work closely with development and product to ensure issues are resolved * Contribute to test methods and verification approaches ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE This role requires experience working with complex systems where software, hardware, and real-world conditions interact. It is not an entry-level testing role. You should be comfortable working close to the product and taking ownership of problems that are not clearly defined. You know how to analyze system behavior, collaborate with different stakeholders, and move work forward even when priorities change. ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE * Experience in automotive systems, electronics, or software integration * Hands-on experience with vehicle testing and diagnostics * Experience analyzing logs and investigating system behavior * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Swedish drivers license B NICE TO HAVE * Experience with requirements and verification methods * Experience defining test strategies or KPIs * Experience with Python or data analysis * T2 certification (can be obtained on the job) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU * Work at the forefront of ADAS and autonomous driving technology * Be part of a team where your work has a direct impact on real vehicles * Collaborate with skilled colleagues across multiple disciplines * Grow your technical and system-level understanding * Work in a culture that values trust, collaboration, and continuous learning Zenseact works proactively to create a culture of diversity and inclusion, where individual differences are appreciated and respected. To drive innovation we see diversity as an asset, which means we value and respect differences in gender, race, ethnicity, religion or other belief, disability, sexual orientation or age, etc. Interviews are held continuously, so we highly recommend that you submit your application at your earliest convenience. And remember, all we need is your name and contact info, we can cover the rest later. This role may have access to sensitive information, trade secrets, and confidential data. As part of the recruitment process, the selected candidate might undergo a background check.
