🏢 ABOUT NIVODA Nivoda is a fast-growing B2B marketplace transforming the global diamond and gemstone industry. We connect thousands of suppliers and retailers across 100+ countries, processing $300M+ in annual transactions - and we're just getting started. The gemstone industry is a $350 billion opportunity, and we're building the infrastructure to unlock it. We move fast, hire exceptional people, and give them real ownership over meaningful work. If you want to join a company where your design decisions show up in the numbers - and where craft actually matters - Nivoda is your place. 🎯 OUR MISSION The traditional diamond supply chain is opaque, slow, and inaccessible to anyone without deep industry connections. We're changing that. Nivoda's mission is to make the global gemstone market accessible to every business, regardless of size or location - giving a jeweller in Boston the same power as a trading house in Antwerp. Great design is central to that mission. We believe that how something works and how it feels are inseparable - and that the best product experiences create trust, reduce friction, and make complex things feel simple. ⭐️ THE GROWTH TEAM You'll be embedded in the Growth pod - one of the highest-priority, highest-visibility squads at Nivoda. The pod owns the levers that compound: acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetisation across the entire customer lifecycle. It's a team where design decisions show up in the growth dashboard the next morning. You'll work closely with Product Managers and engineers in the squad, and be part of a wider design team that cares about systems thinking, shipping fast, and making things people actually love to use. 🤝 ABOUT THE ROLE As Senior Product Designer on the Growth pod, you'll own the design of some of the most important surfaces at Nivoda: the experiences that turn interest into revenue and keep customers coming back. From experiments that lift conversion to features that build lasting habits, your work will directly shape how the business grows. This is a role for a designer who's equally comfortable with a blank canvas and a complex system - someone who can go from a rough problem brief to a polished prototype fast, who cares about both pixels and patterns, and who sees collaboration with PMs and engineers as a creative multiplier, not a constraint. 🚀 WHAT WOULD YOU BE DOING? * Own end-to-end design for growth surfaces across the customer lifecycle - working closely with the Growth PM to identify friction, run design experiments, and improve conversion, retention, and revenue. * Design growth loops and lifecycle experiences - referral mechanics, pricing and packaging surfaces, and features that compound usage across both sides of the marketplace. * Balance multiple workstreams and know when to go deep on craft versus move fast and ship. * Contribute to and maintain Nivoda's design system, ensuring consistency and quality across the pod and raising the bar for design coherence across the product. * Run lightweight user research - interviews, usability tests, and session reviews - to ground design decisions in real user behaviour rather than assumption. * Work directly with engineers to ensure designs ship accurately and at pace. You won't throw specs over the wall - you'll be in the build with them. * Use data and experimentation to validate design decisions: review funnel analytics, collaborate on A/B test design, and translate results into design iteration. * Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders - you can explain a decision in one sentence or a 10-minute presentation, depending on who's in the room. * Bring an AI-informed perspective to your workflow - whether that's using AI tools to accelerate ideation and prototyping, or thinking about where AI features can reduce friction for users. * Mentor more junior designers on the team and help build a culture of strong craft and feedback. 🔍 WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? * 5+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong UX thinking, high-fidelity UI craft, and measurable product impact. * Proven experience designing for complex, data-dense or catalogue-heavy products - marketplace, e-commerce, search, or similar. * Equally fluent in UX (flows, information architecture, usability) and UI (visual design, design systems, interaction detail). * A track record of shipping fast in close collaboration with engineers - you're comfortable in a high-velocity environment and know how to make design decisions that don't block development. * Experience running or contributing to user research, and translating qualitative insights into design decisions. * Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent) and comfort working with or contributing to a component-based design system. * Strong communication skills - you can tell the story of a design decision as clearly as you can craft the design itself. * Based in or willing to commute to Boston regularly for in-person collaboration. ✨ NICE TO HAVE * Experience designing growth surfaces - conversion, retention and lifecycle flows, referral loops, or pricing and monetisation - with a measurable impact on business metrics. * Familiarity with A/B testing tools and a working understanding of how to design for experimentation. * Experience using AI-assisted design tools (e.g. for rapid prototyping, content generation, or user testing). * Background working at a B2B marketplace or two-sided platform. * Exposure to motion design or micro-interaction design. 🌟 OUR CULTURE AND WHAT WE OFFER Nivoda is a place where smart, curious people do the best work of their careers. We're flat, direct, and genuinely collaborative - design isn't a service function here, it's a core part of how we build product. You'll have a real seat at the table and real ownership over the experiences you design. We care about craft. We care about shipping. And we believe the two aren't in conflict. If you're the kind of designer who gets frustrated when good work gets watered down, you'll feel at home here. 🎁 OUR CURRENT BENEFITS * Competitive salary: $130,000 – $150,000 USD * Private health insurance * Unlimited holiday allowance * Flexible compensation card (meals, transport, childcare) * Opportunities for growth, learning, and career development * The chance to join during an exponential expansion phase - and design experiences that reach buyers across 100+ countries 🤝 EQUAL OPPORTUNITY Nivoda is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences - even if you don't tick every box. If this role excites you, apply. Please submit your CV and portfolio link in English. 💬 NOT QUITE THE RIGHT ROLE? If this isn't the perfect fit but you're excited by Nivoda, join our Talent Pool and we'll reach out when something that suits you opens up.
About Swedish Nutra Swedish Nutra is a Malmö-based family company and one of the Nordics’ leading manufacturers of premium liquid vitamins and nutritional supplements. We offer private label/white label production and are the makers of the Swedish Collagen and Swedish Nutra brands, sold in over 37 countries worldwide. We’re a fast-growing business with global distribution, a warm and international team, and an enterprising environment where people get real room to develop and grow. About the role We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to take over the day-to-day leadership of Swedish Nutra. This is a pivotal role designed to free our founder-CEO to focus on growth, while you build and lead the operational engine that will scale our business. You will be the number-one on-site point of contact for the entire team, working full-time from our Malmö headquarters. What you'll own As COO, you will be responsible for the full company P&L and all approximately 30 staff, leading through the management layer. Your mandate will grow in defined phases, ultimately encompassing all day-to-day responsibilities currently held by the CEO. This includes: Day-to-day leadership of the company: Full P&L ownership and leadership of all staff through the management team. The management team: Building and leading the Production Manager, Head of Sales, and Marketing Manager (searches currently in motion), and completing the team with key-account and e-commerce hires. Final say on management-level appointments remains with the owners. Production: Setting targets and holding the Production Manager accountable for output, quality, supply, and cost. The technical spine: Ensuring quality assurance and regulatory compliance across all export markets, maintaining GMP/HACCP certification, overseeing the product development pipeline, and managing inventory and supply end-to-end through a monthly S&OP rhythm. The commercial engine: Guiding the Head of Sales and Marketing Manager to execute the retail and DTC agenda set with the CEO, including expanding from exclusive-distributor coverage to include direct retail relationships. DTC and marketplace channels: Overseeing Amazon EU/UK through an accountable Amazon specialist, and the US Amazon/Shopify/DTC business, with investment pace agreed with the CEO. Systems and process: Transforming ad-hoc, founder-held execution into documented, repeatable processes and stage-appropriate tooling, and extracting institutional knowledge into the organization through SOPs. The people function during ramp-up: Managing performance, development, and hiring below management level, with in-house recruitment support, until a dedicated HR lead is justified. The automation agenda: Supporting automation across the business, ensuring new processes across every department are designed to be automation-ready. The operating rhythm: Establishing KPIs, budgets, forecasting, cash-flow discipline, running weekly management meetings, and providing monthly reporting to the owners. What we're looking for We are seeking a proven general manager with real operational depth and a scale-up temperament. While few candidates will be equally strong across all areas, we prioritize in this order: proven general management, depth across quality, regulatory, product development, and supply, and hands-on commercial-growth experience. Running a factory is not required, as production has its own dedicated leader. Non-negotiable requirements: Experience: 10+ years of experience, with genuine general management, including owning a full P&L (company, subsidiary, or business unit) and leading a team of managers. You are a leader of leaders, not a strong functional specialist stepping up for the first time. Operational Expertise: Real operating experience in a regulated product category (GMP, HACCP, pharma, food, nutraceutical/supplement, or comparable), spanning quality and regulatory, product development, and inventory/supply. You must be able to own these functions, carry quality and regulatory risk, and act as a credible sparring partner to the Production Manager. Scale-up Temperament: Comfortable building structure from thin processes in a founder-led company with approximately 200M SEK revenue. Commercial Literacy: Understands brand, channel economics, and trade terms well enough to direct a retail expansion. Motivation: Motivated by operational ownership; you want to run the day-to-day of a profitable company end-to-end and build the machine, not occupy a caretaker or chief-of-staff seat. Location: Full-time on-site in Malmö. This is not a hybrid or remote role. Candidates must be based in the Öresund region. Language: Fluent English is a requirement for this role (our working language; the team is international). Swedish is not required. Strong preferences: FMCG background: consumer health, VMS/supplements, personal care, or functional food. Experience in liquid, food, or beverage manufacturing environments. Direct experience with European drug and health retail (dm, Rossmann, Holland & Barrett, Boots) and their buying processes. Existing relationships with target retail banners. AI-forward: has used AI and automation to build a leaner operation, or is visibly motivated to, and able to bring a team along with it. Practical details Apply by clicking the link and submitting your resume, including your cover letter in the same document (one file for CV and cover letter). Start date: as soon as possible. Workplace: Swedish Nutra AB, Lodgatan 19, 211 24 Malmö.
YOUR IMPACT Procurement is over 50% of revenue for industrial companies and their biggest lever for profitability. Most can't make sense of their own procurement data, let alone use it strategically. Tacto changes that, and Solution Engineering is the function that turns our platform into customer reality. As Solution Engineering Lead, you own the engine that gets customers live, fast, and at quality. You sit between Product, Sales, and Customer Value, making sure every piece connects. You lead a team of ~5 Solution Engineers plus our Proof-of-Value function, own the link to Engineering on technical pipeline improvements, and are the senior technical face we put in front of customers when things matter most. You're building the implementation engine that scales with us. YOUR TASKS * Lead the team. Hire, develop, and manage ~5 Solution Engineers plus our PoV function. Set the bar for quality and speed. Lead with empathy and performance in equal measure. * Build the implementation system. Design the processes, capacity planning, and quality controls that let us onboard customers predictably. Document what works, kill what doesn't, jump in hands-on when complexity demands it. * Own the vision. Develop and drive an idea on where the solution engineering team needs to develop, organizationally and technically. * Run presales. Conduct IT presales calls with prospects. Align with AEs on scope and technical stretch. Be assertive about what we can and can't commit to. * Drive technical scalability. Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to automate manual work out of existence. Serve as the link between SE and the broader Tech org. Push for productization wherever the team finds workarounds. * Own customer escalations. Lead technical escalations with Heads of Procurement and IT. Be the senior presence customers trust and your team learns from. * Be AI-native. Use AI to 10x team productivity. Experiment, measure, scale what works, and build it into how the team operates. YOUR PROFILE * 5+ years in demanding project environments. Software implementation, technical program management, or top-tier consulting at Manager level or above. You've coordinated complex workstreams, owned senior stakeholders, and delivered under pressure. * 1+ years leading teams in fast-paced environments where you set the standard. * System builder. You've run or built systems that implement customers quickly, and you keep improving them. You find opportunity in any constraint. * Execution machine. Pragmatic prioritization, hands-on when it counts, structured in how you distribute work. * People leader with backbone. Clear guidance under uncertainty, decisions made without hesitation. Empathic, but pushes people to their max. * Technically fluent. You understand data structures, ERP systems, and how pipelines work, and you have your own opinion on how to revolutionize Solution Engineering. * Senior presence with customers. Comfortable in C-level escalations with Heads of Procurement and IT. * Native or C1 German, fluent English. Nice-to-have * SQL or Python skills; experience with data pipelines * ERP expertise (SAP especially) * Experience working with the German industry WHO THRIVES HERE (AND WHO DOESN'T) You're not starting from zero. There's a working SE function, a strong customer base, and clear direction. But the next stage of scale won't happen without serious system design, technical judgment, and people leadership. If you want a pure people-management role detached from technical depth, this isn't it. If you want to build the implementation engine behind one of Europe's most ambitious industrial AI companies, you'll love it here. INTERVIEW PROCESS 1. Intro call with our Talent team 2. Deep dive with our Head of CX, the person you'd report to 3. Onsite incl. Case study + cross-functional 1:1s with Product, Sales, and CV WHY TACTO * Real ownership. You own one of the most consequential operational functions at Tacto - the engine that turns our product into customer outcome. * Scope that grows. SE team, PoV, CBAM, Support, the link to Engineering, all in one seat. The role expands with the company. * Direct senior leadership exposure. You report into our Head of CX and work alongside the founders on the operational backbone. * AI-native team. You push AI into every part of how SE operates, not just where it's convenient. * The team: 100+ people, founded by CDTM/TUM/Berkeley alumni. You work directly with the Sr. Leadership Team * AI-native product: We ship AI features continuously and are building for the AI endgame * Munich, hybrid (4 days in office): Competitive compensation + Meaningful equity sized to match the importance of the role OUR BACKGROUND Tacto is building the intelligence layer that connects AI to the physical world of manufacturing, starting with procurement. AI is transforming every industry, but it stops at the factory gate. The knowledge that holds manufacturing together - part costs, suppliers, materials - is scattered across systems and people. Over 50% of a product's cost originates from suppliers, making procurement the single largest cost lever in manufacturing and the missing connection between the digital and the physical world. Yet it still runs on Excel and legacy systems. We're changing that with our Procurement Intelligence Platform, trusted by hundreds of companies running billions of Euros of material. Based in Munich, we are 100+ passionate builders who are in-office, with high expectations, fast growth, and a lot of fun. We are supported by >€50m from Sequoia, Index, and Europe's leading tech entrepreneurs and industry veterans. WHY IT MATTERS Manufacturing forms Europe's economic backbone, driving a fourth of Europe's GDP and providing over 30% of jobs. These hidden champions and global market leaders manufacture the physical world around us, from the machines that build our cities to the medical devices that save lives. But the world is changing. The US dominates the digital world of bits. China is scaling the world of atoms, manufacturing at unprecedented speed and scale. Geopolitics are more uncertain than ever. Europe's strength lies in its deep industrial knowledge through generations of engineering. Manufacturing worldwide runs on European machines and software. But that heritage is only an advantage if we leverage it in the age of AI. Tacto builds the AI that connects Atoms and Bits, empowering our Industrial Base to Stay Stronger and building a lighthouse for European tech. WHAT WE OFFER The people at Tacto are passionate about building the organization, growing themselves, and our product while having fun and being real. We have high expectations, great talent density, and a culture where your ambition, performance, and agency are what count - not where you come from or how big your ego is. You'll grow at the forefront of AI, have real ownership and impact, and be surrounded by the best people in their field who challenge you and make you better every day. That is demanding and rewarding, but that's where we thrive. Besides that you have: * Money: Competitive salary & equity in the company with real upside, so you are invested in our success * Workplace: A vibrant in-office culture (> 4 days/week) in a beautiful office in central Munich * Development: A development budget and regular exposure to exceptional people, e.g., Lunch & Learns, peer mentoring, external speakers * Time off: 26 + 4 vacation days per year (4 fixed “company rest days”) as well as regular off-sites and team events * Health: Wellpass membership, of course, a fruit basket (!), and access to Jobrad, for your health * Family & Social Security: Voluntary pension contribution, voluntary KITA subsidy for your children Tacto is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability, or gender identity. Please do not submit personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, data concerning your health, or data concerning your sexual orientation.
