You will work closely with an innovative and multidisciplinary team at the forefront of microLED development, helping bring more than 30 years of research into commercial reality.
Processing and fabrication of GaN/InGaN microLED devices grown by MOCVD.
Clean-room nanofabrication process development and optimization for microLED chips.
Operating and managing lithography systems, including mask aligners, maskless lithography, and laser writers.
Thin-film deposition using PVD and CVD equipment.
Dry etching and wet chemical etching processes for semiconductor device fabrication.
Metallization, contacting, and transparent conductive layer processing (e.g., ITO).
Thermal annealing and semiconductor process integration.
Electrical characterization and device testing using parameter analyzers and related instrumentation.
Operating and supporting characterization tools such as SEM and ellipsometer systems.
Working in a state-of-the-art laboratory clean-room environment with advanced semiconductor processing technologies.
Contributing to long-term technology development and growing together with the company.
Qualifications and experience
We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with a Master’s degree or higher in:
Microelectronics
Nanoscience / Nanotechnology
Physics
Electrical Engineering
Semiconductor Materials or related fields
Hands-on experience in semiconductor clean-room nanofabrication processes.
Experience with GaN/InGaN or III-N semiconductor device processing is highly desirable.
Thin-film deposition (PVD, CVD)
Photolithography and laser writer operation
Dry etching and wet chemical etching
Semiconductor process integration
Electrical characterization using parameter analyzers
Experience operating characterization and metrology equipment such as SEM and ellipsometers.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a highly innovative R&D environment.
Experience with optoelectronic devices and microLED technology.
Knowledge of structural, optical, and electrical characterization techniques for semiconductor devices.
Experience in process development and optimization for advanced semiconductor devices.
