We’re now looking for a Product Manager to lead and grow our Gas Systems portfolio globally.
About the Role
This is a strategic product leadership role.
As Product Manager for Gas Systems, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for a key part of our safety portfolio. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, business, and customer value, ensuring we build the right products for the right markets.
You are not just supporting the product; you are driving it.
What You’ll Do
Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for your part of the Gas Detection portfolio
Define product positioning, value propositions, and business cases
Work closely with R&D to specify and prioritize development based on customer and market needs
Analyze market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments
Engage with customers and key stakeholders to understand future needs
Drive product launches and support go-to-market activities
Collaborate with sales, service, and operations to ensure commercial success
Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement
What You Bring
Degree in Engineering or a related field
~5+ years experience in product management, product strategy, or similar roles
Technical curiosity with the ability to understand product architecture and system design
Strong business acumen and ability to translate technology into customer value
Experience working with hardware/software systems, preferably in regulated or safety-critical environments
Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)
Experience in safety systems, gas detection, or regulated industries is a plus.

Own thermal stability and mechanical reliability in a scaling deep-tech factoryOwn Thermal Stability and Mechanical Reliability At Smart High Tech, we are industrialising advanced graphene-based materials that enable next-generation AI systems, electronics and data centres. As we scale production, thermal performance and equipment reliability become critical for quality, uptime and efficiency. We are now looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician – Mechanical & Cooling Systems who will take ownership of this important area and help ensure stable, reliable and scalable production. Your Mission You will be the technical expert for mechanical systems and cooling infrastructure, ensuring high equipment availability, efficient operation and long-term reliability. Your work directly impacts production stability, energy efficiency and product quality. What You Will DoMaintenance & Reliability Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment, furnaces and cooling systems. Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic and thermal systems. Lead fault diagnosis related to cooling, temperature control and process stability. Monitor temperature, pressure and flow systems. Prevent and manage risks related to overheating, leakage and reduced cooling performance. Maintain technical documentation and maintenance records. Continuous Improvement Drive root cause analysis and long-term corrective actions. Apply preventive and predictive maintenance methods. Improve equipment reliability, uptime and energy efficiency. Identify recurring issues and implement sustainable solutions. Support and mentor colleagues within the maintenance organisation. Equipment & Industrialisation Participate in the installation and commissioning of new production equipment. Support FAT and SAT activities. Validate cooling systems, thermal processes and mechanical functionality. Ensure systems are operational before production start-up. Key Interfaces You will work closely with: Facility & Maintenance Manager Electrical & Automation Maintenance Production & Engineering External suppliers and equipment vendors Who You Are You are a hands-on technical specialist with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for operational reliability. Required Qualifications Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology or similar. F-Gas certification or equivalent refrigeration qualification. Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and cooling systems. Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience. Experience with thermal processes and industrial cooling equipment. Knowledge of CMMS systems and structured maintenance practices. Fluent English, written and spoken. Meritorious Experience with reliability-centred or predictive maintenance. Experience from semiconductor, electronics, advanced materials or process industries. Knowledge of FAT, SAT and equipment commissioning. About the Role Imagine a role where you follow an order all the way from contract to final delivery. As a Contract Engineer, you will translate contracts into concrete deliverables. You are responsible for ensuring that projects meet both timelines and contractual requirements, while building strong collaboration between sales, production, and customers to ensure successful execution. You will lead technical discussions with both internal and external stakeholders with confidence and professionalism. Acting as a technical expert, you coordinate and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate drawings and documentation for production. When needed you will visit customers and shipyards to follow up on delivery plans. You will also work closely with service engineers and our Service Manager to support installations. Key Responsibilities Drive efficient order management, including project planning and leading/coordinating projects both internally and with customers and suppliers, ensuring delivery in line with contractual commitments. Collaborate across departments and with suppliers such as sales, engineering, core competence teams, contract management, special design, production, classification societies, and subcontractors. Identify and escalate potential risks in orders. Review and manage the integration of complex electrical systems from order to delivery. Interpret technical drawings and specifications, working closely with our Electrical System Integration department. Manage large contract orders for public and government clients, with higher requirements on security, reliability, and compliance (e.g., Navy, Police, Coast Guard, and other authorities). Collaborate closely with subcontractors to ensure the correct products are included in the delivery scope. Be responsible for all technical documentation, such as installation manuals and drawing packages provided to customers. Collaborate closely with the service organization to enable efficient installations and provide technical support to shipyard customers. Develop and adapt technical solutions, such as shaft arrangements, TVC data, and associated design documentation.
