Om rollen Som Product Manager ansvarar du för och driver utvecklingen av ett eller två produktområden inom skatt och bokslut. Du leder arbetet i dina product trios och samarbetar nära utvecklare och UX/UI-designers för att säkerställa att vi bygger rätt lösningar, med hög kvalitet och tydlig kundnytta. Du arbetar både strategiskt och operativt med ansvar för produktens kort- och långsiktiga riktning. Genom product discovery och kundinsikter identifierar du behov och problem, prioriterar rätt initiativ och omsätter dem till tydliga mål och fungerande lösningar. I rollen ingår även att testa produkten och följa marknaden, konkurrenter och regelverksförändringar för att säkerställa att våra produkter fortsätter vara relevanta och konkurrenskraftiga. Tjänsten är placerad i Göteborg, Hudiksvall eller Ljusdal och ingår i ett team med spetskompetens inom skatt och bokslut. Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som har flera års erfarenhet av att arbeta som Product Manager eller Product Owner, och som har god förståelse för skatt och bokslut. Du är van att ta ansvar för hela produktområdet och trivs i en roll där du får fatta beslut, prioritera och driva arbetet framåt. Du arbetar strukturerat, är analytisk och har förmåga att se både detaljer och helhet. Samarbete är naturligt för dig och du bidrar aktivt till ett öppet, professionellt och lösningsorienterat arbetssätt. Du är självgående, initiativtagande och motiveras av att skapa värde för både kund och verksamhet. Det är meriterande om du har: Bakgrund som ekonom eller redovisningskonsult Erfarenhet av The Product Operating Model eller agil produktledning Kunskaper inom skatt, Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) eller compliance Du kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska. Ensure adherence to software architecture and design standards. Lead development tasks and mentoring junior developers. Collaborate with product managers, project managers, and other engineers to align software solutions with business needs. Analyze and define technical requirements, considering cost, performance, usability, and customer needs. What We’re Looking For We are looking for a highly skilled embedded software developer who thrives in a collaborative and technical environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about software architecture and has a strong ability to develop scalable and maintainable embedded software solutions. This role requires strong organizational skills with a focus on quality and attention to detail. The candidate should have a customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions. Additionally, we seek someone who is self-driven and responsible, capable of working independently while leading technical discussions. Key qualifications include: University degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field, or extensive hands-on experience in software engineering. 5+ years of experience in embedded software development, including requirement management, architectural design, testing, and automation. Preferably used to C-programming. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and structured processes. Experience of wirelesses technologies and protocols. Basic knowledge of electronics with the ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for technical details.
