I rollen som Product Sourcing Manager blir du en del av en central inköpsfunktion där du arbetar nära interna stakeholders inom flera delar av verksamheten. Rollen innebär ett brett kontaktnät och nära samarbete, där du får möjlighet att arbeta med högteknologiska lösningar som bidrar till global säkerhet, samtidigt som du driver inköpsstrategi över flera produktområden.
Rollen innefattar att du representerar inköpsorganisationen i olika projekt och produktflöden, där man ansvarar för att skapa framdrift, samordna stakeholders och säkerställa att inköpsperspektivet finns med genom hela processen. Denna position erbjuder en dynamisk och inflytelserik miljö, med nära samarbete med tvärfunktionella team såsom teknik, planering, produktion, lager, kvalitetskontroll och projektledning.
Som Product Sourcing Manager kommer du att spela en nyckelroll i att anpassa inköpsstrategi med de kommersiella och operativa behoven för högteknologiska produkter. Du kommer att ta ansvar för inköpsagendan över tre viktiga dimensioner – Produkt, Projekt och Prospekt – och agera som huvudkontakt mellan inköp och våra interna intressenter.
Rollen innebär regelbundet resande både inom Sverige och internationellt.
Driva tidigt inköpsengagemang i nya affärsprospekt kopplade till dina produkter. Detta inkluderar deltagande i pågående kampanjer med potentiella kunder.
Leda kostnadsberäkningsinsatser och bedöma leverantörers kapacitet och risker för att stödja kommersiellt beslutsfattande.
Representera Inköp i tvärfunktionella produkt- och projektstyrgrupper.
Säkerställa anpassning och informationsflöde mellan Inköp och pågående projekt under hela produktens livscykel.
Vi söker dig som: Har omfattande erfarenhet av inköp, leveranskedja eller projektledning.
Djup förståelse för inköpsprocesser och strategisk inköp.
Utmärkta verbala och skriftliga kommunikationsfärdigheter på både svenska och engelska.
Erfarenhet i en liknande roll är en fördel.
Stor vikt kommer att läggas vid personlig lämplighet och för att lyckas i denna roll är du en stark kommunikatör och strategisk tänkare med en solid affärsinriktning. Du är säker på att driva inköpsagendan på flera organisatoriska nivåer och är skicklig i att bygga förtroende med viktiga intressenter. Du visar starka ledaregenskaper och är en samarbetande lagspelare med ett proaktivt sinne och flexibiliteten att anpassa dig till föränderliga prioriteringar och tekniska utmaningar.
Detta är ett konsultuppdrag vilket innebär att du kommer vara anställd av Friday och arbeta som konsult ute hos vår kund.
