We are now looking for a Senior Systems & Controls Engineer with solid experience in autonomous systems, perception, and advanced control engineering. In this role, you will work close to the technology—developing complex systems from early ideas through to real-world implementation. You will be part of cross-functional teams working with sensor fusion, computer vision, and system integration in modern technical platforms.
What you will do
Develop control algorithms and system architectures for advanced systems
Design and implement solutions within sensor fusion and computer vision
Work with modeling, simulation and verification (SIL/HIL)
Build and improve data pipelines and analysis tools
Develop test frameworks and benchmarking methods
Contribute to system integration at OS and platform level
Collaborate closely with engineers across different disciplines
👉 You will work across the full development cycle – from theory and simulation to implementation and validation in real systems.
Your bakgrund
MSc in Mechatronics, Control Engineering, or a related field
Several years of experience in system development within autonomous systems or automotive environments
Strong skills in Control Engineering, Embedded Systems, MATLAB/Simulink, Python and C++
Experience with HIL/SIL testing and working with sensors such as LiDAR, radar, cameras
Knowledge of state estimation and signal processing
Driver's license and fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) are requried
Meritorious experience: autonomous vehicles or perception systems, Computer Vision and OpenCV, ROS, data science and large-scale data processing, CI/CD, Git, Linux and CAN/embedded communication.

About the Role We are looking for a Senior Embedded CI/CD Engineer with a strong background in software integration, continuous deployment, and embedded systems development. You will join a highly skilled engineering team working with software solutions for electrified vehicles. The role focuses on developing and improving CI/CD processes, integrating embedded software components, and enabling efficient software deliveries for complex automotive systems. Responsibilities As a Senior Embedded CI/CD Engineer, you will be responsible for: Developing and improving software release and continuous deployment processes. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and validating our backend system. You will work closely with our software and firmware teams to develop reliable, scalable backend services with a strong focus on quality, testing, and automation. Your experience in backend development and test engineering will be important in shaping and improving our platform. What you will do: Design, develop, and maintain backend services and systems using Go and the Twelve-Factor App methodology. Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks, test environments, and validation processes for backend systems and services. Define and implement test strategies covering functionality, integration, system, regression, and performance testing. Build tools and test harnesses to verify the reliability, scalability, and correctness of distributed systems. Optimize software for performance, efficiency, reliability, and scalability. Troubleshoot, debug, and analyze applications and test results to ensure smooth functionality. Experience designing and implementing CI-based test execution for backend systems and distributed applications. Experience and familiarity with concurrent and asynchronous programming. Proven experience with RESTful API design, implementation, and testing. Strong familiarity with Linux-based IT systems and test or hosting environments. Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, Cassandra) and expertise with in-memory caching solutions (Redis or comparable).
