As the Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the enterprise architecture and ensuring seamless integration. Your main responsibilities will include:
Architectural Leadership: Leading the technical architecture and strategic design of Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions.
Configuration Management: Driving product configuration, configurator logic, and variant management strategies.
Integration & API Design: Designing robust integration architectures, APIs, and JSON schemas for enterprise systems.
Event-Driven Systems: Implementing Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) to ensure seamless system-to-system messaging.
Data Governance: Establishing strong data governance frameworks and data models across partner integrations.
Collaboration: Providing collaborative technical leadership for cross-functional teams and external system integrators.

PLM Expertise: Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Architect focusing on Teamcenter Architecture and PLM solutions.
Integration Skills: Strong expertise in enterprise integration architecture, API design, and JSON Schema design.
Modern Architecture: Hands-on knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) and robust data governance practices.
Delivery Tracking: Demonstrated capability in leading technical delivery for partner and enterprise system integrations.
Communication: Excellent communication skills in English with a background in driving complex PLM/integration projects.
Work Authorization: The legal right to work in Sweden by the project start date is strongly preferred due to the August 2026 timeline.
Value Add: Experience with large-scale industrial or automotive product configuration systems is highly valued.

Role Overview: As a Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Engineer, you will join a collaborative team focused on designing, developing, and maintaining electrical HIL rigs at both component and domain levels. These rigs enable early-stage integration and verification of hardware and software by simulating real vehicle environments using advanced Vector tools. Your work ensures that HIL systems evolve to support emerging technologies such as electrification and autonomous driving. You will contribute to continuous improvements in test automation, simulation models, and integration strategies, gaining broad exposure to vehicle systems and electrical architectures while driving innovation in automated testing and continuous integration. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of HIL rigs. Drive integration efforts across multiple product domains. Commission and validate HIL test objects. Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, including harnesses and simulations. Manage ECU updates and component configurations on HIL rigs. Develop network simulations (Gateways, signal manipulation, etc.). Support manual software downloads for core ECUs. The role We are looking for SW Test & Integration Engineers to support complete‑vehicle testing in collaboration with CSIR test teams and VIL teams. The role focuses on exploratory and automated testing, system integration, and ensuring robustness of the full electrical architecture across multiple domains. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive test cases across integration layers and user journeys, covering the full electrical architecture. Continuously implement new test scenarios based on insights, findings, and evolving product requirements—both domain‑specific and complete‑vehicle robustness testing. Take operational responsibility for the end‑to‑end test flow, including monitoring execution, maintaining stable test suites, and ensuring high‑quality data output in collaboration with rig/HW teams. Perform exploratory, automated, and regression testing to identify issues before customer exposure. Conduct fault analysis and reporting, collaborating with product streams for timely resolution and quality improvements. Support integration of new features/functions into VIL and rig setups; troubleshoot issues across SW, HW, and communication networks. Required Skills & Experience Hands-on experience in automotive testing—preferably in VIL, SIL/HIL, or complete‑vehicle environments. Strong ability to analyze complete vehicle network logs including CAN, LIN, and Ethernet. Good knowledge and practical experience with Vector CANoe and Vector VT Systems.
