We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Product Manager to own reporting and visualisation within iP: Intelligence Platform, giving coaches, sports scientists and performance staff the insight they need to make decisions. This role will require a strategic thinker with genuine technical depth, someone who can partner closely with engineering on data and platform trade-offs while also shaping iP's growing API and integrations capabilities, including managing our relationship with a major global technology partner, bringing AI capabilities to market and owning how their usage and cost are tracked. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of how sports organisations operate and a genuine passion for turning data into insight that makes a real difference to coaches, sports scientists and performance staff.

In this role, you’ll help us deliver highly relevant, data-driven campaigns that enhance personalised user experiences and drive meaningful customer retention. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING You’ll be joining the Central CRM team. Composed of over 18 specialists, we are dedicated to executing campaigns for the UK and supporting global strategic initiatives. We serve as the voice of the customer, striving to expand our subscriber base, enhance engagement metrics, and activate best-in-class CRM strategies. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: * Campaign Execution & Management: Coordinate and own the end-to-end delivery of engaging, dynamic email and push-notification campaigns, ensuring BAU calendars are managed efficiently and deployed on time. * Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with the UKI CRM Manager, local marketing teams, Product, Engineering, and Data Science to support the broader UKI marketing calendar through targeted CRM channels. * Data Segmentation & Targeting: Utilise data targeting and segmentation to pull, manipulate, and interpret customer insights for precise campaign positioning. * Experimentation & Growth: Design, deploy, and own CRM experiments and A/B testing to uncover new growth opportunities, boost personalisation, and explore AI integration. * Reporting & Optimisation: Conduct post-campaign reporting to extract actionable lessons, sharing performance insights with stakeholders to guide future strategic commercial planning. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE Essential * Proven CRM Deployment Experience: Demonstrated depth in executing end-to-end campaigns using enterprise-level CRM platforms (experience with Braze is a major plus). * Technical CRM Competency: Strong understanding of CRM automation development and familiarity with HTML to review and modify campaign templates. * Data & Analytics Acumen: Competency in data manipulation, segmentation, and reporting using data visualisation tools (Looker experience preferred). * Delivery & Execution: Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain high accuracy and manage workloads effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Stakeholder Coordination: Strong communication and collaboration skills to manage expectations and coordinate cross-functionally across multiple business areas.
