Nous recherchons notre futur.e Technicien.ne Développement Process pour rejoindre notre équipe Process R&D située à notre centre d'innovation (VIC) à Grenoble pour une durée de 6 mois.
En tant que tel.le, vous êtes chargé.e de soutenir les activités de développement du processus de formation (charge-décharge, vieillissement des cellules, etc.) pour les cellules lithium-ion en laboratoire et à l'échelle pilote.
En étroite collaboration avec les ingénieurs de développement des processus de formation, vous exécuterez des tests de formation et de vieillissement, utiliserez et entretiendrez l'équipement de formation, et veillerez à la collecte de données précises.
Ce rôle est axé sur l'expérimentation, la compréhension du processus et l'assistance technique.

Au sein du département Quantum Hardware, l’équipe « nanofabrication backend » joue un rôle central dans le process de fabrication des processeurs quantiques d’Alice&Bob. L’équipe est responsable de : La livraison régulière de puces de test Le développement et l’amélioration des procédés (qualité, sélection de puces…) La gestion des équipements : vérifications quotidiennes, suivi du planning de maintenance, premier niveau de dépannage La sélection, l’installation et la qualification de nouveaux équipements

Nous recherchons un technicien mécanique soudeur pour rejoindre notre équipe en charge de la production de systèmes de propulsion destinés à des environnements exigeants. Ce rôle opérationnel basé à Mérignac contribuera directement à la qualité et à la performance des produits livrés. MISSIONS PRINCIPALES : 1. Assemblage des moteurs * Réaliser l’assemblage et l’instrumentation de moteurs destinés aux essais ou à la livraison. * Monter les moteurs sur bancs d’essai pour les phases de développement, de qualification ou de validation. * Participer activement à la rédaction et à l’amélioration des procédures d’assemblage. 2. Soudure TIG/MIG * Fabriquer des pièces spécifiques pour bancs d’essai par soudure TIG/MIG, selon les plans et exigences techniques. * Réaliser des opérations de réparation sur pièces ou prototypes par soudure TIG/MIG. * Maîtriser la soudure de divers métaux et alliages : aluminium, acier, inox, inconel, etc. 3. Suivi qualité et conformité * Appliquer rigoureusement les standards qualité liés à l’assemblage et garantir la traçabilité des opérations. * Contribuer à la détection, l’analyse et au traitement des non-conformités techniques ou qualité 4. Maintenance des moyens de production * Assurer la maintenance de premier niveau des équipements d’assemblage (postes à souder, outillage, clefs dynamométriques…). * Surveiller l’état des outils et signaler toute anomalie pour garantir la disponibilité et la fiabilité des moyens industriels. 5. Amélioration continue * Proposer des actions concrètes d’optimisation des processus, des outils et des méthodes de travail. * Participer à la montée en compétence technique de l’équipe atelier par le partage de bonnes pratiques et de savoir-faire. DIPLÔME ET EXPÉRIENCE : * Niveau de formation : Bac Pro technique (BTS ou DUT dans les domaines suivants : chaudronnerie, ajustage, montage, fabrication industrielle, aéronautique ou secteur industriel équivalent) ou validation d'acquis. * Expérience professionnelle : minimum 5 ans d’expérience en assemblage mécanique, idéalement dans le secteur aéronautique, spatial, défense, naval ou automobile hautes performances. COMPÉTENCES TECHNIQUES ATTENDUES : * Maîtrise des procédés de soudure, compréhension des problématiques de tolérancement. * Expérience dans l’utilisation de machines-outils pour l'usinage de petits outillages. * Connaissances en maintenance de premier niveau des équipements industriels. APTITUDES PERSONNELLES : * Rigueur, précision et respect des exigences qualité. * Autonomie, esprit d’équipe et sens des responsabilités.
