THE ROLE: As the Team Lead Marketing Analytics (f/m/d), you will own the marketing analytics domain end to end. You are the senior voice on what gets built, why it matters, and in what order. You partner directly with marketing leadership to translate ambition into a clear, prioritised roadmap, and you lead the team that delivers it. This is a domain ownership role, not a coordination role. You set direction, manage trade-offs, and represent the marketing analytics agenda in executive conversations. You treat the domain as a portfolio of data products with defined owners, users, success metrics, and lifecycles. You are accountable for outcomes, not activity. You will also be the senior measurement authority for marketing performance at ZEAL, with hands-on credibility across MMM, attribution, and incrementality. You hold vendors accountable, build internal capability, and ensure decisions on marketing investment are grounded in defensible analytics. YOUR TASKS: * Lead, coach, and grow a multidisciplinary team of analysts, data scientists, and engineers. * Foster a high-performance culture focused on development, collaboration, and impact. * Own hiring, performance management, succession planning, and capability building. * Define and evolve ZEAL’s marketing measurement strategy, including MMM, attribution, incrementality testing, and performance measurement. * Establish robust measurement frameworks that support marketing investment decisions. * Ensure analytical rigor by validating methodologies, challenging assumptions, and developing internal expertise. * Partner with senior leaders across marketing, product, finance, and technology to influence strategy and decision-making. * Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable business recommendations. * Define and prioritise the marketing analytics roadmap, balancing strategic initiatives with operational needs. * Build scalable analytics products and capabilities that drive long-term business value. WHAT YOU OFFER US: * 8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, marketing analytics, or a related field. * 3+ years of leadership experience managing and developing analytics teams. * Proven success building, scaling, and retaining high-performing multidisciplinary teams. * Deep expertise in Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), attribution, incrementality testing, and marketing measurement. * Strong understanding of customer acquisition, marketing effectiveness, and profitability optimisation. * Ability to shape measurement strategy and critically evaluate analytical methodologies. * Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills. * Experience influencing senior leaders and aligning cross-functional teams around business goals. * Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance business objectives, analytical rigor, and technical constraints. * Knowledge of modern MarTech/AdTech ecosystems and experience delivering scalable analytics solutions with data and engineering teams.
