In this role, your primary focus is HR administration, ensuring smooth processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, reporting, and payroll. You will handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism, and your attention to detail will help maintain the integrity of HR operations. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in Human Resources. HR Administration * Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system, including personal details, job changes, and absence records. * Prepare HR documents such as promotion letters, salary adjustments, contract extensions, and termination paperwork. * Support ad hoc requests for employee data, HR reporting, and internal/external references. * Ensure HR processes comply with internal guidelines and legal requirements, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times. HR Platform Optimization * Serve as the key administrator for the HR platform, ensuring it is always accurate, up-to-date, and fully functional for HR operations. * Continuously stay informed about platform features and updates to optimize workflows and administrative efficiency. * Provide guidance and support to colleagues on using the platform effectively for tasks such as reporting, onboarding, and employee record management. * Identify opportunities to streamline processes within the system and propos improvements to the HR team. Project Support * Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives, including new policies, process improvements, or staff engagement activities. * Participate in cross-functional HR projects, offering organizational support and ensuring deadlines and documentation standards are met.
