Vi söker nu en Industrialization Engineer till ett omfattande konsultuppdrag hos en ledande aktör inom försvarsindustrin. Du blir en viktig del av ett nytt End-to-End Cable Center of Excellence, med ansvar för att utveckla, verifiera, industrialisera och produktionssätta avancerade kabelsystem.
Verksamheten bygger upp ett snabbfotat och tvärfunktionellt team som ansvarar för hela produktlivscykeln – från koncept och utveckling till verifierad serieproduktion. Arbetet präglas av korta beslutsvägar, stort eget ansvar och ett tydligt fokus på kvalitet, leverans och teknisk excellens.
Arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden
Som Industrialization Engineer ansvarar du för att industrialisera produkter och etablera robusta, effektiva och repeterbara tillverkningsprocesser.
Du fungerar som en viktig länk mellan konstruktion, produktion, kvalitet, inköp och leverantörer. Genom att säkerställa att produkterna är anpassade för tillverkning bidrar du till en effektiv övergång från prototyp och verifiering till stabil serieproduktion.
Rollen omfattar både strategiskt utvecklingsarbete och praktiskt stöd nära produktionen.
MIL-kablage, Military Cable Harnesses, är avancerade kabelsystem som utvecklas för militära fordon och försvarssystem. Systemen ska fungera i mycket krävande miljöer och uppfylla höga krav på robusthet, kvalitet, spårbarhet och tillförlitlighet.
Arbetet kan bland annat omfatta materialval, kontaktlösningar, monteringsmetoder, prototypframtagning, verifiering, testning, produktionsberedning och serieproduktion.
Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter
Planera och genomföra industrialisering av nya och förändrade produkter
Ansvara för produktionsberedning och framtagning av tillverkningsunderlag
Utveckla, dokumentera och kvalitetssäkra produktionsprocesser
Ta fram arbetsinstruktioner, monteringssekvenser och kontrollmoment
Säkerställa att produkter och konstruktioner är anpassade för effektiv tillverkning
Identifiera behov av verktyg, fixturer, utrustning och produktionshjälpmedel
Medverka vid prototypbyggnation, verifiering och produktionsprov
Driva införandet av produkter i serieproduktion
Analysera och förbättra kvalitet, kapacitet, ledtider och tillverkningskostnader
Hantera produktionsrelaterade avvikelser och bidra till korrigerande åtgärder
Samarbeta med konstruktion, kvalitet, inköp, produktion och leverantörer
Bidra med produktionsperspektivet tidigt i produktutvecklingsprocessen
Vi söker dig som
Har erfarenhet av industrialisering, produktionsteknik eller produktionsberedning
Har arbetat med införande av nya produkter eller processer i produktion
Har erfarenhet av att ta fram arbetsinstruktioner och tillverkningsunderlag
Förstår sambandet mellan konstruktion, tillverkningsprocess, kvalitet och kostnad
Kan läsa och tolka tekniska ritningar, specifikationer och produktunderlag
Har förmåga att driva aktiviteter från planering till genomförande och uppföljning
Har en relevant teknisk utbildning eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet
Kan kommunicera väl på svenska och engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt
Det är meriterande om du har
Erfarenhet av MIL-kablage eller andra avancerade kabelsystem
Arbetat med kablage, elektronikmontering, kontaktmontering eller elektromekaniska produkter
Erfarenhet från försvars-, fordons-, flyg-, marin- eller annan avancerad tillverkningsindustri
Kunskap om Design for Manufacturing, DFM, och Design for Assembly, DFA
Erfarenhet av Lean, standardiserat arbete, riskanalyser eller rotorsaksanalyser
Arbetat i verksamheter med höga krav på kvalitet, dokumentation och spårbarhet
Erfarenhet av att utveckla leverantörer eller industrialisera produktion hos externa partners
Kunskap om relevanta kvalitets- och tillverkningsstandarder för kablage
Som person
Du är strukturerad, analytisk och lösningsorienterad med ett genuint intresse för produktion och teknik. Du har förmåga att se både helheten och de detaljer som krävs för att skapa en stabil tillverkningsprocess.
Du trivs med att samarbeta över funktionsgränser, tar ansvar för att driva arbetet framåt och är bekväm med att växla mellan tekniska diskussioner, dokumentation och praktiskt arbete i produktionen.
Eftersom verksamheten befinner sig i en uppbyggnadsfas behöver du uppskatta en dynamisk miljö där arbetssätt och processer utvecklas löpande. Du bidrar gärna med egna idéer och omsätter dem i konkreta förbättringar.

We are looking for a Mechanical Designer/Engineer for a global company in Lund. Start is in June 1st, 7 months limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Lund. As a mechanical designer at Tetra Pak, you will work as part of a scrum team in a broad role, taking ownership from concept creation to industrialization of the solutions and products.
