Business Unit Manager, Compliance Testing of Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals

The role We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven team lead for the Medical devices & Pharmaceuticals unit to accelerate the growth of our medical devices and pharmaceuticals testing business across European and US markets. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the team's performance, including financial and operational targets. You’ll contribute to the strategic growth of the company, playing a key role in scaling a business that’s already gaining strong international traction. Your focus areas will include (but are not limited to): Independent leadership of the day-to-day operations (sales and delivery) of the team to reach annual financial and operational targets Ensuring the team -level strategy is aligned with the overall company strategy Proactively contributing to the team and company success by, e.g., identifying growth opportunities, bottlenecks, etc. The role is primarily based at our Vallila office in Helsinki, with occasional travel to customer meetings and industry exhibitions across target markets (typically <10 travel days per year).
