Are you passionate about developing business-critical IT solutions and driving digital transformation?
We are looking for an experienced IT Service & Development Manager to join our Group IT team. In this role, you will own and lead
the support, development and continuous improvement of Nordec’s Microsoft Dynamics ERP environment and related business
applications. The location for this role is flexible within Nordec operating countries.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading and owning the support, maintenance, development and organisation change management of Nordec's Microsoft Dynamics ERP
environment and ensuring effective issue resolution together with internal and external stakeholders
Driving service quality, process development and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
Managing relationships and service quality with external vendors, implementation partners and service providers
Identifying opportunities to utilise automation and AI solutions to improve business processes and efficiency
Key success factors in this role:
Technical & professional background
Relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related field
5+ years of experience in IT service management, ERP management, application management, or related leadership roles.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions
Experience working with external vendors and service providers
Knowledge of IT service management principles and change management practices
Business & personal capabilities
Strong understanding of business processes and ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, combined with a customer and service-oriented mindset and
ability to drive continuous improvement
Results-driven, proactive and solution-oriented approach with a focus on delivering business value
Fluent English skills
