Performance Creative Lead (Ecommerce / Digital Marketing)

Silvery® is growing fast in the U.S., and better-performing creative will be the biggest driver of our next stage of growth. We are looking for a Performance Creative Lead to find the creative opportunities we are missing, turn them into strong tests, and build a process that consistently produces better ads. This is not a role for someone who only wants to make individual ads. You will own the day-to-day creative direction, quality bar, and pace of our performance-creative output. You will work closely with the founder and marketing team, manage our production network, and help shape the testing roadmap as we scale. About us Ventura Brands Oy is a Finnish ecommerce company founded in 2019. We have built several international consumer brands, served more than 250,000 customers worldwide, and sell our products on Amazon and through our own Shopify store. We are currently focused on scaling Silvery® (www.mysilvery.com), a rapidly growing brand, in the U.S. market. Silvery® is a premium bedding brand powered by innovative technology and growing rapidly toward global recognition. We reached more than €1 million in monthly revenue with Silvery® just over a year after its launch. In 2026, we are set to multiply our revenue compared with the previous year. To support this and our future growth, we are now looking to strengthen our team. Key responsibilities: Use AdSpy and the Meta Ad Library to identify winning formats and production styles that we are not yet testing in our Meta account. Manage outsourced copywriters. They write the scripts; you make sure the right scripts get written. Give clear, decisive feedback to copywriters, designers, and editors that improves the brief, script, edit, and final ad. Direct designers and editors, and work alongside our in-house content creator in our 100 m² creative studio in Kalasatama, Helsinki. Own the pipeline from research and briefing through scripting, production, review, launch, and performance learning. Build a faster, clearer process for turning research into briefs, briefs into ads, and ad results into the next round of concepts. Turn wins, losses, and performance data into better briefs and sharper iterations that improve business results. What we are looking for: 4+ years of experience creating performance creative for D2C or ecommerce brands, either in-house or at an ecommerce agency. Experience owning a creative pipeline end to end: research, concept development, production, launch, performance review, and iteration. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and the creative patterns that drive attention, conversion, testing, ad fatigue, and scale. Strong creative judgment. You can look at an ad, quickly identify what is working and what is not, and give feedback that improves it. Experience managing creative talent and writing briefs that people can act on. Comfort working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment. You take feedback well and turn it into action quickly. Daily use of AI for research, messaging, scripting, ideation, analysis, and workflow improvement. Excellent written and spoken English.
