About the Role
We’re seeking a Global Customer Services Lead to join our Global Aftermarket Management Team. You will work hand-in-glove with the
commercial and operations management across all our different market companies in all regions and report to the Aftermarket
Manager for Global Customer Service & Coordination.
As you work alongside senior commercial leaders, you’ll gain first-hand experience in executing on full potential commercial
growth in a dynamic and fast-paced private equity backed environment. This is not a back-office role – you will own real projects
and project streams end-to-end, and produce output that goes directly into the hands of our global sales organization, and our
Corporate Management Team (CMT).
This is a critical role within our global commercial organization with indefinite room for development – personally and

In this role, you will work closely with our global commercial aftermarket organization, partnering with market companies across all regions and reporting directly to the Global Aftermarket Manager. This is a highly visible role where strategy meets execution. Working alongside senior commercial leaders, you will help accelerate profitable aftermarket growth by leading strategic initiatives, developing commercial tools, and supporting our global sales organization. Your work will directly influence business decisions and be presented to our Corporate Management Team (CMT). This is far from a traditional back-office position. You will own projects from concept to implementation, collaborate with stakeholders across the business, and play a key role in strengthening our global aftermarket offering. Sales Execution & Commercial Development * Execute the global aftermarket go-to-market strategy together with our Market Companies. * Support proactive sales initiatives that increase service penetration across the installed base through sales analysis, customer insights, and market intelligence. * Develop and maintain pricing models, prepare commercial proposals, and monitor sales performance through relevant KPIs. * Produce sales analyses, forecasts, and reports that support strategic decision-making and continuous business improvement. * Coordinate commercial initiatives across regions to ensure alignment and effective execution. Offering & Business Development * Develop, maintain, and launch new and existing aftermarket offerings, including business cases, pricing strategies, and customer value propositions. * Coordinate the implementation of physical and digital service offerings together with Product Companies, Sales, and Operations. * Create and maintain commercial documentation, sales presentations, product information, and customer-facing material. * Continuously improve aftermarket offerings, pricing models, and commercial processes based on business performance and market feedback. Sales Enablement & Market Engagement * Support the global sales organization through training initiatives, commercial guidance, and sales enablement tools. * Collaborate with local sales teams on customer analyses, quotations, and key business opportunities. * Participate in customer meetings and workshops when required. * Gather market insights to identify opportunities for new offerings and process improvements. * Work closely with Sales, Service, Product Management, and Operations to strengthen customer relationships and grow the aftermarket business. Who You Are * Structured, analytical, and highly results-oriented, with excellent planning and follow-up skills. * Commercially minded with an interest in business development, sales, and customer relationships. * Experience within aftermarket, technical sales, customer-facing roles, or service organizations is an advantage. Experience with contracts and service agreements is considered a plus. * Background from the marine, energy, transportation, building, or other industrial sectors is beneficial but not required. * Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels—from engineers and account managers to Managing Directors and executive leadership. * An excellent communicator who enjoys coaching, sharing knowledge, and enabling others to succeed. * Proactive and hands-on, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to turn ideas into action. * Curious, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment where priorities may evolve quickly. * Skilled at building relationships and collaborating across cultures and functions. * Capable of creating clear, compelling commercial presentations and communication materials. * Motivated to learn, develop, and take on increasing responsibility. * Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Available Location: London, UK About the Department Cloudflare’s Global Professional Services organization is expanding its Professional Services consultancy in London to support customers adopting Cloudflare’s developer platform and application services. This team partners closely with customers and internal engineering teams to help organizations build, deploy, and optimize modern applications on Cloudflare. About the Role You will support the Professional Services (PS) team by assisting with foundational project tasks and contributing to projects that enable customers to successfully build and deploy on Cloudflare by optimising the use of AI in Professional Services internal operations. This role provides exposure to Cloudflare’s Professional Services team while working alongside project managers, project coordinators, and consultants who deliver technical solutions to customers. Through this role, you will gain hands-on experience working with Professional Services team to deliver technical solutions for global customers, gain mentorship from experienced PMO members, and real-world experience contributing to projects that support customer adoption of Cloudflare technologies. Responsibilities * Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven prototypes (using LLMs, RAG architectures, or predictive modeling) to automate manual workflows within the Professional Services Project and Resourcing ecosystem. Build out models to help automate future forecasting and resource planning. * Partner with our engineering teams to identify, clean, and structure high-volume post-sales data for model training and fine-tuning to enable faster resourcing capabilities. * Refine and optimize system prompts and model parameters to ensure high-quality, hallucination-free outputs for internal advisory tools. * Act as the technical translator, taking high-level optimization ideas from GCS leadership and turning them into technical requirements and minimum viable products (MVPs). * Contribute to internal knowledge bases and documentation to improve team efficiency and consistency. About us Mindler is one of Europe’s leading digital mental health providers, working to make evidence-based therapy accessible to everyone who needs it. In August 2025, we proudly acquired ieso, a pioneer in delivering online NHS talking therapies across the UK. Ieso holds several NHS contracts across England and Scotland through both typed and video sessions, making it easier for thousands of people to access effective, evidence-based treatment when they need it most. Since the acquisition, the Mindler and ieso Customer Service Teams have merged together to support all the UK services offered. This role sits within the Customer Service UK team of Mindler, meaning you’ll be part of a group with a strong track record in innovation, research, and delivering high-quality digital therapy to patients nationwide. You will, also, be part of the Global Customer Service Team working with colleagues across Northern Europe in Sweden, The Netherlands and Denmark. We are looking for someone with excellent administrative skills, a self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities and handle sensitive referrals with speed and accuracy and has a passion for helping people. You will report directly to the Customer Operations Manager UK who will provide continued support and opportunities to enhance your skills. Please note that this is a 6 month FTC, with the potential to extend. Your responsibilities might include: * Processing referrals from the NHS, private companies and patients via bespoke systems * Answering calls and handling queries from patients, therapists, and the public with empathy and professionalism. * Managing patient communications through Zendesk and text messages, escalating any issues to the relevant teams, e.g. clinical, commercial and product. * Liaising with NHS and private services and building strong working relationships across teams. * Supporting projects, managing waiting lists, and ensuring service level agreements (SLA’s) and key performance indicators (KPI’s) are met. * Adhering to strict information governance guidelines to maintain confidentiality and trust. * Supporting patients across all three services with ages from 5 years old using multiple communications methods (phone calls, emails, text messages and live chat) What do you need to have: * A minimum of 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English. * Strong customer service skills with a confident telephone manner. * Solid IT skills (Google drive, docs, sheets, Zendesk) * High level of attention to detail * Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities. * Familiarity with following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhering to legal requirements. * Previous customer service or patient-facing roles. * Familiarity with NHS systems (iaptus, NHS mail, PCMIS) or large databases would be beneficial. * A strong passion for customer service and supporting patients.
