To help us achieve this, we are looking for an experienced finance leader to join us as Director Group Financial Reporting. A Leadership Role at the Core of Schibsted’s Transformation Reporting to the Group CFO, you will lead the Group Financial Reporting and Finance Operations organization, own the end-to-end accounting and reporting framework, and serve as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders. You will play a key role in harmonizing finance processes, governance and reporting across the Group, while driving the transformation of a modern, scalable and insight-driven finance function. Key Responsibilities • Own the consolidation and reporting framework, ensuring quality and consistency in consolidated financial reporting, and sustainability reporting (IFRS) • Act as senior advisor on complex accounting matters and significant transactions • Build and strengthen governance frameworks, internal controls, and assurance readiness • Drive standardization and automation across finance processes • Serve as the primary finance interface towards the Audit Committee and external auditors • Lead and develop finance leaders and specialists across Group Financial Reporting and Finance Operations • Contribute actively to building a scalable, future-ready finance function Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a leader who combines technical credibility, strategic thinking and organizational leadership, with the ability to lead through leaders and drive meaningful change.
