Responsibilities: Take end-to-end ownership of the project (full lifecycle from ideation to optimization) with ultimate accountability for business and customer value delivered Set the project mission and OKRs and translate these into a prioritized roadmap and team backlog and communicate to key stakeholders. Lead and build a technical cross-functional team of engineers with a business value mindset to expert to execute and deliver value together with other project teams Identify opportunities for improving the IAM strategy, policies and processes Coach members of the organization on the best practices that should be followed in identity and access management Identifying and addressing identity and access management issues Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure optimal collaboration across Project teams Define MVPs, manage project backlog priorities, and strategically de-scope to achieve rapid feedback cycles Preferred skills and previous experiences Structured and pragmatic approach to setting and communicating priorities in a dynamic environment Experienced in leading teams in tech development with many dependencies Experience in leading technical teams building custom development solutions that are geographically spread You are truly a doer, willing to get hands-on solving any problems needed to help the project move forward You are structured, analytical and fast in understanding and execution.  Humble yet driven, you believe in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety and build trust and relationships at all levels. Tasks & Responsibility: Lead and participate in all phases of the SAP project lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Perform system configurations, enhancements, and customizations to meet client needs. Define, develop, document and maintain architectural blueprints. Drive the Requirements with design /testing and deployment approach. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, business analysts, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery. Responsible for the design, build and implementation of complex SAP solutions Identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements including the facilitation of workshops to handle the business requirements Qualifications 8 to 10 years of SAP functional experience. Strong SAP IS-Retail Master Data experience – Article, Hierarchy, Listing, Customer, Supplier, Site – Store & Warehouse and Price Merchandising, Assortment & Listing management Strong Knowledge and Experience in Master data Solutions including Integrations. Job Description Uppdragsbeskrivning We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with Azure experience for our client.  They are, in-house, building a financial product to support payments for claims in Volvo (both warranty and service contract claims).  There is an existing module in the solution UCHP – Unified Claim Handling Process – that has been supporting claim payments. This functionality is now being replaced by a new product called UFF (UCHP Financial Flow).  The UFF application is a new finance-focused component carved out of the UCHP monolith to meet updated legal requirements across multiple markets. It receives claim cost data for items ready for payment, calculates dealer payouts, generates payment and specification documents, and integrates with external systems (Master Finance/SAP, document archiving, and the EDI integration platform). The solution supports restartable processing, resend capabilities, document download APIs, and status publication, while maintaining audit-friendly storage of transmitted payloads and documents.  At the start of 2026, the first EDI markets were onboarded to UFF. The product roadmap for this year includes support for several additional EDI markets. In addition, the roadmap also includes new functionality required for a number of markets as part of the Elvira project (Master Finance 2.0) rollout plan. Next in line is support for the new information model in 2027 (also part of Master Finance 2.0).
