Der/Die Head of People bei CWS Fire Safety GmbH verantwortet die gesamte HR-Funktion und agiert als strategischer Partner der
Geschäftsführung.
Die Rolle ist Teil des Leadership Teams und führt ein Team von 4 HR-Mitarbeitenden sowie 3 Mitarbeitenden des internen
Schulungszentrums.
Ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der Rolle ist die operative und strategische Begleitung zentraler HR-Transformations- und
Integrationsprojekte – darunter die Standardisierung von HR-Prozessen und arbeitsrechtlichen Regelungen, die Integration neuer
Standorte im Rahmen von M&A-Transaktionen, die Weiterentwicklung des Onboardings sowie die Einführung moderner HR-Systeme und
Tools.
