Now, we need a Senior Challenger in the form of a Named Account Executive to hand this toolkit to the largest organizations in the Benelux. You will challenge the status quo, helping CTOs and CISOs rethink their entire architecture from the network up. You won't just capture demand; you will create it. RESPONSIBILITIES * Construct the Market (The Market Maker) * You are a builder. You will identify how global Benelux enterprises can leverage our network to accelerate their digital transformation. * You will move beyond transactional sales to construct complex, high-impact deals that transform how a company operates, driving both new business and significant expansion. * Chorale the C-Suite (The Challenger) * You will engage senior IT, security, and business stakeholders, not just to listen, but to challenge their assumptions. * You will guide technology leaders through the shift to SASE, Zero Trust, and AI-native environments, positioning yourself as a trusted consultant rather than a vendor. * You are credible with technical and executive buyers alike, capable of navigating the boardroom to align Cloudflare’s platform with their most critical business priorities. * Orchestrate the Eco-System (The Leader) * You are the Captain of the account team. You will mobilize and lead a cross-functional "village", including Solutions Engineers, Product leaders, and Marketing to deliver value-based outcomes. * You will act as a Global Accounts Specialist, managing the complexity of Benelux-HQ'd organizations with a worldwide footprint, ensuring their global security strategy is cohesive and resilient. * You will own the full lifecycle, from prospecting to closing, treating your patch as a business that requires strategic planning and execution. THE CANDIDATE: SYSTEM THINKER & ENTREPRENEUR * We are looking for a specific type of DNA. You are tired of selling "band-aids" for legacy infrastructure and are ready to sell the cure. * The Experience: You bring 12+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally within high-growth cybersecurity or cloud-native environments. You have a track record of selling complex solutions to large enterprises in the Benelux. * The Mindset: You are Entrepreneurial and Resilient. You view your territory as your own franchise and thrive on the autonomy to build it. * The Technical Aptitude: You are a System Thinker. You understand how networks and security function in cloud-first and AI-forward environments. You can explain why architecture matters. * The Approach: You are a Challenger. You are comfortable pushing back to ensure the client gets the solution they actually need, utilizing a consultative style to drive consensus. COMPENSATION * For Netherlands based hires: Estimated annual salary is between €202,000 - €277,000. This role is eligible to earn incentive compensation under Cloudflare’s Sales Compensation Plan. The estimated annual salary range includes the on-target incentive compensation that may be attained in this role under the Sales Compensation Plan.
