entrepreneurial Sales Head – India to lead our growth journey.
The role will be responsible for developing and executing the India go-to-market strategy, managing key utility accounts,
expanding business across DISCOMs, EPCs, System Integrators, and Government agencies, and positioning Cuculus as a trusted
technology partner in the utilities ecosystem. Working closely with global sales leadership, partners, and internal teams, the
incumbent will drive sales growth, customer success, and long-term market development across India.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Head – India to lead business growth, strategic customer engagement, and
market expansion within the Utilities sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AMISP projects, Smart Metering,
AMI, HES, MDM, Utility Software, and Digital Transformation, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building
strategic relationships, and winning large utility opportunities.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the power and utilities sector, hands-on experience in Smart Metering,
and a proven ability to build pipelines, win strategic opportunities, and engage with senior utility stakeholders. Working closely
with global leadership, partners, and cross-functional teams, you will define and execute the India go-to-market strategy and
contribute directly to the company's long-term growth ambitions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for a Business Finance Specialist to join our Sales Team to support businesses and vendors in providing finance whether it’s hire purchase, leasing, unsecured loans or any other product from our 80+ lender panel. As this is a position within our sales team, we are looking for somebody with a demonstrable track record of sales success who will be able to hit the ground running. If you have 2+ years experience in sales position, relationships with vendors and the willingness to success and develop within one of the fastest growing teams within Tide this would be a perfect fit. Some of the things you’ll be doing: * Meeting (or ideally exceeding) sales targets * Ability to manage vendor relationships * Contact, engage and manage our Small Business customers through their application process * Build and nurture working relationships with our commercial lending partners * Become confident in articulating the Funding Options by Tide proposition and service * Building on your extensive knowledge of lenders, and gaining an in-depth understanding of the wide variety of lenders and products in the market * Confidently articulating the different finance options available to customers across multiple business finance product classes * Maintaining accurate, up-to-date information on any prospects that you speak with (in Salesforce) * Monitoring and identify trends whilst adding new or enhanced customer profile information into Salesforce * Keeping up to date on industry trends, market & competition. * Actively share stories and successes to the wider organisation through relevant comms channels. YOUR MISSION As a (Key) Business Developer for the Indian market, your mission is to identify, acquire and grow high-potential sellers within the jewellery, gemstones and diamonds categories. You will play a critical role in expanding Catawiki’s presence in the Indian market by building a strong seller network and creating long-term commercial partnerships. What You'll Do * Drive seller acquisition by identifying, prospecting and developing high-potential leads through calls, email outreach, field visits, trade fairs and expert collaboration. * Build strategic seller relationships by onboarding and nurturing new and existing jewellery, gemstones and diamonds sellers in the Indian market. * Create long-term growth opportunities by developing commercial growth plans together with Account Managers, Experts and Category Managers. * Use data to unlock seller potential by analysing seller performance and identifying opportunities to improve KPIs such as lot submissions, average lot value and sell-through rate. * Deliver an exceptional seller experience by ensuring a frictionless onboarding journey and acting as a trusted commercial advisor throughout the seller lifecycle. * Support market expansion initiatives by identifying partnership opportunities, educating sellers on buyer demand and category trends, and strengthening Catawiki’s position in the Indian luxury market. WHAT YOU'LL BRING * Commercial sales or account management experience with a proven ability to drive growth and build strong client relationships. * Industry expertise in jewellery, gemstones, diamonds or luxury categories within the Indian market. * Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across different levels. * Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable commercial strategies. * Excellent negotiation and communication skills across phone, email, in-person meetings and cross-functional collaboration. * Entrepreneurial and autonomous approach with strong organisational and prioritisation skills. * Experience using CRM and sales tooling, with HubSpot experience considered a plus. * Passion for special objects and e-commerce with curiosity about the luxury market.
