Våra produkter är utifrån ett standardiserat sortiment men där varje produkt är individuellt anpassad och unik. Verksamheten är belägen i moderna produktionslokaler på Hedenstorpsområdet i Jönköping och består idag av cirka 40 medarbetare.
Du kommer att arbeta både strategiskt och operativt, ha ansvar för ca 10 medarbetare samt ansvara för daglig drift inom CAD flödet. Du kommer även att arbeta med utveckling av CAD förfarandet tillsammans med utvecklingsgruppen, hantera arbetsmiljöfrågor samt ansvara för programvaruhantering lokalt. Du ingår i lokal ledningsgrupp och rapporterar till Operations Manager.
Säkerställa att mål sätts, övervakas, rapporteras och uppnås i linje med verksamhetens behov
Leda, motivera och utveckla medarbetare för att säkerställa att avdelningen fungerar så effektivt som möjligt
Ingå i arbetsgrupp för produktionsplanering tillsammans med production manager, produktionsledare och orderkoordinator.
Ansvar för rapportering, dokumentation och korrigerande åtgärder gällande EHS, hållbarhet, risk och kvalitet
Utveckla avdelningen genom att implementera förbättringar och hantera problem
Öka den övergripande servicen till marknaden i samarbete med andra avdelningar
Vem vi söker
Utbildad Ortopedingenjör eller Ortopedtekniker, alternativt likvärdig utbildningsbakgrund
Minst ett par års arbetserfarenhet inom ortopedteknik och stort intresse för digital modellering
Flytande språkkunskaper i svenska och goda kunskaper i engelska
Mycket god datorvana
Det är meriterande ifall du har ledarskapserfarenhet och/eller förståelse för klinisk verksamhet

We work in an international environment, closely collaborating with our customers as well as with other Beyond Gravity sites across Europe and the USA. Your Mission Main focus Participate in NRBs, propose technical solutions, support corrective actions, and perform basic root cause analysis with guidance. Support FAI activities and operator training when required; provide on-site production support to prevent non-conformances. Additional tasks Independently design parts and assemblies, considering requirements, tolerances, manufacturability, cost, mass, and integration. Develop complex CAD models and perform design tasks within the assigned domain. Lead change management, ensure traceability, and coordinate part lifecycle activities with PLM/ERP. Prepare design justifications and support validation activities, including requirement traceability and design reviews. Prepare project-specific technical documentation and contribute to internal and customer deliverables. Maintain traceability between engineering inputs, outputs, and requirements; clearly communicate project status in meetings. Gather and interpret basic data; contribute ideas during brainstorming and innovation sessions. Support bidding and proposal activities; provide inputs to ECPs (Engineering Change Proposal) and CCNs (Contract Change Notice). Coach interns, students, and junior engineers. Maintain strong knowledge of the product portfolio and regularly interact with flight and test hardware. Your Story Must have: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Aerospace, Mechanical or other engineering, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of mechanical design experience in aerospace or equivalent industry. Proficiency in 3D CAD modelling and 2D drawings (preferably CATIA V5, Siemens NX). Ability to work independently on moderately complex design tasks. Understanding of mechanical design principles, tolerancing standards and configuration control. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and their constraints. Fluent Swedish Nice to have: Experience in the space industry, with structures, mechanisms or components. Experience with composite and metallic structures. This individual will play a critical role in expanding adoption, delivering value to customers, and achieving sales objectives across a broad geographic territory Key Responsibilities * Cultivate key account relationships. Develop and enhance these relationships through routine customer visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, product in-services, procedural observation, and problem resolution. * Individual must meet sales objectives by increasing sales within existing and new customers. * Ability to collaborate with Key Account Manager and medical affairs partners. * Individual must be able to identify the sales process to effectively grow both Genetic Testing and Services within various customers. * Assist/participate in the development of workshops/congresses as needed. * Individual must manage future funnel within Salesforce to ensure quarterly goals are met. * Ability to make high-level presentations to various sized customer groups. * Individual is required to make sales calls to IVF clinics to * Individual must communicate to these professionals the various benefits of using Vitrolife Group products in their IVF Clinic * Individual must compile weekly and monthly sales and activity reports and submit them to their Regional Manager in a complete and timely fashion. * Individual must plan and execute their sales plan to obtain the sales and business goals and objectives within their assigned territory. * Individual must complete ongoing training of the products and the IVF applications of those products. * Individual must demonstrate their clinical and product knowledge, ability to articulate effective value propositions, use, clinical applications. * Performs other duties as assigned by management.
