Som Studio Manager ansvarar du för den dagliga driften av vår tatueringsstudio i Jönköping. Du arbetar med kundkontakt, bokningar, konsultationer, uppföljning av leads samt ser till att studion håller en hög servicenivå. Du kommer även att arbeta med våra sociala medier och bidra till att utveckla verksamheten.
Hantera kundförfrågningar via telefon, mejl och sociala medier.
Boka konsultationer och tatueringstider.
Följa upp leads och arbeta aktivt med försäljning.
Planera och koordinera artistkalendrar.
Administrativa uppgifter kopplade till den dagliga driften.
Bidra till en välkomnande och professionell kundupplevelse.
Arbeta med Instagram, Facebook och andra digitala kanaler.

Fokus i din roll Som Head of SEM ansvarar du för att utveckla och driva Adgrabbers erbjudande inom sökannonsering. Du arbetar både strategiskt och operativt med kunder som vill ta nästa steg i sin digitala marknadsföring. Du blir en viktig rådgivare i kunddialogen och hjälper företag att omsätta affärsmål till konkreta SEM-strategier med tydliga KPI:er och mätbara resultat. I rollen kommer du bland annat att: Utveckla, genomföra och optimera PPC-strategier med fokus på Google Ads, Youtube och tillhörande plattformar Ansvara för kampanjuppsättning, budgetallokering och löpande optimering Genomföra analyser, A/B-tester och resultatuppföljningar Skapa insiktsdriven rapportering och rådgivning till kunder Vidareutveckla Adgrabbers erbjudande och arbetssätt inom SEM Bidra i införsäljning och affärsutveckling Hålla dig uppdaterad kring nya teknologier, plattformar och möjligheter inom området Om vi får önska Vi tror att du har några års erfarenhet av SEM och känner dig trygg i både det strategiska och operativa arbetet. Paid Media Campaign Management: * Management, optimization, and daily monitoring of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube Ads, and Apple Search Ads * Execution and optimization of consideration-stage campaigns, including Demand Gen, YouTube, and upper/mid-funnel activations * Support with the setup and the deployment of paid strategies across multiple campaigns in France and other markets, in close collaboration with local and central teams * Contribution to testing and rollout of new paid media formats and solutions 2. You take funnels apart, rebuild them to convert better, and ship the experiments yourself : copy, landing pages, automations, AI-assisted assets. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Build & ship experiments (CRO & A/B Testing) - You design, launch, and analyze A/B tests yourself : headlines, pricing, offers. You don't wait for a report, you dig into the data to find the winner. 2. Build funnels & assets (Hands-On) - You map funnels and build them: landing pages in Webflow, automations, tracking setup. You check the flows and make sure the machine works before anything scales. 3. Hunt friction - You proactively look for drop-off points in the user journey.
