As our new Chief of Staff you'll join the Management Team, reporting to Søren Kyhl, CEO with a primary focus to keep the executive
team focused, aligned, and moving at pace.
What will you do?
- Own the CEO's operational rhythm: agenda-setting, management meetings, and strategy sessions so the right conversations happen
at the right time, with the right people
- Represent Søren in meetings, forums, and conversations when he's not available acting with his authority and bringing back the
context he needs to stay across everything
- Drive board meeting preparation end-to-end: materials, agenda, and follow-through on decisions so nothing falls through the
cracks
- Drive strategy sessions end to end and translate inputs from across the management team into a clear strategic direction and
concrete plans the business can act on
- Act as a trusted point of contact with external stakeholders, including the Danish FSA and other regulators, supporting
governance and compliance communications
Facilitate cross-functional initiatives and keep alignment high across a leadership team building a bank at speed
What are we looking for in you?
- Experience in a senior strategic or operational role: banking, financial services, consulting, or a similarly regulated
environment
A solid understanding of how banking works, including regulatory frameworks, licensing, and governance
- Sharp organizational instincts - you can run multiple workstreams, set up airtight processes, and keep priorities straight when
things move fast
- A clear, confident communicator who can distil complex inputs into tight narratives for boards, regulators, and senior
stakeholders
- Someone who forms their own view and brings an independent perspective while knowing to balance inputs from across the
business.
