About the role
We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join the Parcels Planning team.
This role will report to the Commercial Planning Manager and support commercial planning, forecasting, latest estimates,
statistical analysis and performance modelling. You'll help develop the analytical insight that underpins commercial decisions by
combining business understanding with statistical techniques, causal analysis and AI-assisted workflows. You’ll help make sure the
team has the right data, reporting and analysis needed to understand business performance and make better decisions.
The Commercial Planning Manager will own the overall planning rhythm, including budgeting, 4+8 forecasting, monthly latest
estimates and commercial deep dives. Your role will be to support that process by preparing analysis, maintaining key reporting
outputs, investigating performance movements and helping turn data into clear insight.
The Parcels business moves quickly, with many variables across countries, items, partners, parcel types, pricing, demand and
inventory. We need someone who enjoys investigating why performance changes, is naturally curious about causal relationships
rather than simply reporting numbers, and is interested in applying statistical techniques and modern AI tools to improve analysis
and forecasting.
This is a great role for someone who is already strong in commercial analysis, confident working with data, and able to quickly
understand a fast-moving business. You’ll need to bring structure, accuracy and sharp analytical thinking from day one, helping
the Commercial Planning Manager and wider Planning team make better decisions.

A Movement for Everyone
We want to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. With that mission, it’s only natural that we want to build a
diverse and inclusive team of highly capable individuals who are passionate about doing things in a better way. We strongly
believe we all excel and are more creative when we’re allowed to be ourselves, and we’re committed to a culture where all of us
belong.
We are an equal opportunity employer and all employment is decided on the basis of qualifications, merit and business need. If you
need reasonable accommodation at any point in the application or interview process, please let us know.
