Our Sales teams create and build our relationships with merchants. Together, we’ve helped big brands, local stores and

neighborhood restaurants do over €15 billion’s worth of business through our platform. We’re constantly launching new cities and

products, so there are always new opportunities to expand your skills and progress your career.

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will manage the full sales funnel from first contact through to closing deals and ensuring a

smooth handover to the onboarding team. You’ll primarily work on the phone, contacting restaurants and retail stores across

Denmark, and will receive training and coaching to grow your skills.

• Manage a portfolio of leads and execute systematic outreach
• Book and run meetings to acquire new restaurants and retail stores onto Wolt’s platform
• Negotiate commercial terms and conditions and collect documentation
• Ensure seamless handover of signed partners to the merchant onboarding team
• Support the sales team in improving methodologies and processes

• Have the charm, empathy and honesty to build strong relationships.
• Are used to high-performance, high-expectation cultures.
• Have a proven track record of making sales and closing deals in B2B environment
• Take a hands-on, proactive approach to getting stuff done and seeing things through.
• Have fluent and persuasive written and spoken communication skills in English and native level of Danish.
• Are entrepreneurial, innovative, and good at solving problems.
• Can adapt quickly in a rapidly changing market.
• Have 2+ years in partner operations or customer support, owning end-to-end workflows with on-time delivery.
• Are tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems, troubleshooting basic issues and escalating smartly when they exceed scope.
