The Superb opportunity: We are looking for a Product Support Specialist who is passionate about delivering world-class service. You should have a proven track record in helping customers achieve high levels of satisfaction with a Saas Product. You will become a member of a team, who has a massive focus on quality and delivering value to our users. We believe you know your way around technology, and are able to work in a structured way. What you will do: Work with the rest of the Support team to resolve any tickets or issues faced by your customers. Understand how customers are currently using the products and identify opportunities to increase usage and value gained. Align with the product team to ensure feedback loops and communicate the voice of customers. Monitor health scores and satisfaction levels. Ensure customer retention. Log customer data in our CRM, and ensure that all steps of the process are reported in a structured way. Some evening/weekend work is to be expected What you will need: Strong ability to understand technical aspects of software and solve problems. Desire to drive adoption, increase product usage and bring in revenue. A true team player who is efficient, structured, and solution-oriented. Passion for supporting customers and making them successful. Norwegian & English on a fluent level as you will be using both languages. Live in or near Copenhagen as you will be working from our hub.
