We want someone who picks up the phone without hesitation and runs a sharp discovery that creates genuine value for prospects and your AEs. You'll drive smart, targeted outbound into mid-market and enterprise hospitality brands. As you grow, you'll take on full SMB cycles too, owning the deal from first touch to signing contract. This is a place where people are built into great sellers. 🎯 What You Will Do Control outbound with intent: Work from pre-built, qualified lead lists and prioritise personalised outreach over volume. Run multi-channel plays across phone, email, and LinkedIn with clear hypotheses. Lead value-driven discovery to map pains and stakeholders. 🙌 You'll thrive here if you Have prior commercial experience (1-3 years). Are a fluent German speaker (native or near-native) with strong professional English. Cold calls are your specialty. Discovery-first mindset: smart questions, active listening, clear value.
