We’re democratizing the world of sports by granting video analysis for teams on all levels—a privilege that used to be only for the few. More than 40,000 clubs in 90+ countries record their games every week.
But what truly sets us apart? Our people. We’re a diverse group of innovative thinkers, creators, and problem-solvers who believe in delivering an incredible product—and having fun while doing it.
The Opportunity
The Coaching, Insights and Analysis group comprises three different teams and their mission is to help coaches and players better understand and learn from their matches through intuitive coaching and analysis tools. We’re looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join us and help turn match data and video into products coaches rely on every day.
You’ll report to the Engineering Manager be part of a cross-functional product team working closely with engineers, product managers, and product designers to build and evolve these tools.
In this role, you’ll work across the stack: crafting intuitive frontend experiences, building scalable backend services, and contributing to systems that power Veo’s growing platform.

The Opportunity We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer for Veo's Revenue Enablement Group (REG). REG is the engine behind Veo's revenue. It's a core part of the business, owning the payment systems that process every transaction, the tooling our sales team relies on to close and grow accounts, and the monetisation work that turns interest in Veo into paying customers. You'll build full-stack products end to end on a modern, pragmatic stack, working on the systems that help more people find, buy, and stay with Veo's sports technology. The surface is wide, so you'll get your hands on a real range of problems rather than a single narrow lane.
About us: Founded in Copenhagen, Denmark, in 2014, Templafy’s success is built by our 60+ employee nationalities found at offices around the world. We believe that when people feel valued, heard, and empowered, they perform at their best—creating a win for all. Our unique product and dedication to innovation and excellence have raised over $200 million in funding from top investors like Insight Venture Partners, Seed Capital, Dawn Capital, Damgaard Company and Golub Capital. About the role and company: I'm using AI to write the job posting, and I asked Codex to use the Slack connector to collect some "cultural proof points" about what it's like working at Templafy. This is what it came up with: Templafy engineering culture comes across as pragmatic, product-close, technically opinionated, and unusually open about trade-offs. · Engineers are expected to think like product builders, not just implementers. Threads often connect technical work to customer demos, pilots, product quality, adoption, and user feedback · Pragmatism is a real value. There’s repeated language around simple/explicit code, logical PR chunks, avoiding feature creep, solving the 80% case first, building MVPs, and getting something testable into users’ hands quickly · Quality matters, but in a practical way. Tests, E2E coverage, evals, pipeline health, flaky tests, feature-flag cleanup, and technical health all show up as shared concerns · Engineers are candid and trusted to challenge scope. I saw people questioning whether work should be bugs vs feature requests, whether backlog items are clutter, when to pause work, and when a “quick fix” is acceptable · Cross-functional collaboration is very present. PMs, design, solutions, support, security, platform, and product engineering are all in the same threads negotiating quality bars, customer urgency, UX, risk, and ownership · AI/tooling curiosity is strong, but not naive. The AI guild and engineering channels show people experimenting with code review agents, AGENTS.md, evals, Codex/Claude workflows, guardrails, and agentic SDLC, while also worrying about learning, friction, false positives, security, and long-term maintainability · There’s a bias toward async feedback and shared learning. Moving sprint review-style updates into short videos and Slack feedback is a good culture signal: fewer meetings, more continuous visibility · Ownership is distributed. People jump in to unblock, sanity-check, investigate, create PRs, clean up flags, or hand over work when someone is away. The tone is informal but accountable Small caution: I would avoid selling the culture as “perfectly polished.” The honest version is stronger: Templafy looks like a place where engineers have real agency, real product context, and real technical messes to improve. The rest of this job posting is probably more like what you'd expect. What You’ll Do In Product Engineering, you will help build and improve product experiences used by Templafy customers. You will work with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand customer problems, shape solutions, and deliver features from idea through production. You will: * Build, improve, and maintain customer-facing product features * Collaborate with Product and Design to turn ambiguous problems into usable solutions * Use AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully as part of your everyday engineering workflow * Make technical decisions within your area and contribute to broader architecture discussions * Write reliable, maintainable code that fits existing patterns and systems * Use tests and fast feedback loops to support confident delivery * Build early versions of ideas to evaluate real behavior instead of debating hypotheticals * Help simplify product paths, remove complexity, and make features easier to test and maintain * Debug issues, improve performance, and support production systems * Help the team balance delivery speed, technical quality, and customer impact * Contribute to engineering practices, code reviews, and technical discussions What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who enjoys product context and wants to be part of shaping what gets built, not only how it gets built. You probably have: * Strong experience building production software in a product engineering team * Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools in real development work * The judgment to use AI tools without outsourcing your understanding of the system * Good technical judgment and the ability to make pragmatic trade-offs * Experience with modern web application development * A solid understanding of software design, testing, and maintainability * Comfort working across frontend, backend, or full-stack * Strong communication skills, especially in async and cross-functional settings * A bias toward making discussions concrete through prototypes, tests, and working software * A sense of ownership over outcomes, not just assigned tasks * The ability to challenge scope constructively and keep work focused Nice To Have * Experience with SaaS or B2B software * Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, observability, distributed systems * Experience building AI-enabled products, agentic workflows, evals, or prompt/tooling systems * Interest in improving developer experience, technical health, and team practices What You’ll Join You’ll join a product engineering team that cares about building useful software, learning quickly, and keeping the systems healthy enough that we can keep moving. We value people who can ask good questions, make things simpler, and help the team find the right trade-off when there is no perfect answer. This is a good role for someone who wants meaningful product ownership, close collaboration with non-engineering colleagues, and enough technical complexity to make simplification genuinely valuable. We are looking for someone who can move fast, but who also knows that the fastest teams are usually the ones that keep their systems understandable. Tech stack Backend: C# / .NET, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server Frontend: TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS/SCSS AI: LLM integration & agentic AI (tool-calling, multi-agent) Cloud/Infra: Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform DevOps: Azure DevOps / Pipelines, Git Testing: xUnit, Playwright Employee Benefits: * Employee equity program * Private health insurance * Company lunch contribution * Phone and broadband covered by company * Centrally located office – easy access to public transportation * Company events and team activities * Flexible work environment * Gympass Subscription * Calm App Subscription At Templafy, we’re all about building an inclusive culture where talented people come together to spark creativity in a dynamic, collaborative space. Strong relationships and teamwork are at the core of everything we do, and with our flat structure, everyone’s ideas count regardless of your role or experience. We’re big on social events that foster connection and build a diverse, empowering community. From celebrating milestones to participating in employee resource groups or eating lunch together, we create space for meaningful team bonding. Our mission goes beyond just building a product; we’re shaping the future, and we’d love for you to be a part of this epic journey with us. Templafy is a workplace of belongingness. To us this means that you have a voice, you dare to speak up, and your voice is heard. We focus on offering an environment that allows all employees to feel that they belong regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, gender, gender identity, genetic information, parental or pregnancy status, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or other status.

We’re hiring an AI Solutions Consultant to work alongside our Director and Senior Consultant on our most important client engagements, contributing to pitches, identifying solutions, prototyping demos, and shaping how agentic AI consulting works at scale inside a global marketing agency. The playbook is being written. We’re looking for someone who wants to help write it. WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE? In this role, your day balances hands-on prototyping and pitch preparation with serving as the go-to technical authority and strategic bridge across multidisciplinary team pods. Between building proof-of-concepts, you will actively spot new AI opportunities within existing accounts and translate client needs into clear, high-impact briefs for the engineering team. * Pitch contribution - Help shape pitch materials end-to-end alongside senior team members: commercial scope, client narrative, and success criteria. * Opportunity spotting - Notice where agentic AI fits inside current accounts and surface it. No sales target, but you're expected to pay attention and bring ideas forward. * Technical credibility - Be the person colleagues across disciplines come to with a real question and get a useful answer. Have a point of view and defend it when you're right. * Hands-on prototyping - Build proof-of-concepts yourself pre-SOW using Claude Code and whatever the current toolset demands. Hand off to engineering once signed and stay close as the technical context-holder. * Delivery support - Synthesize stakeholder insight, prioritize use cases by business impact, and keep the engineering team building against a clearly understood strategic brief. * Cross-functional navigation - Bring clarity into project pods of consultants, engineers, designers, and strategists. You don't need the org chart to have influence. WHO ARE YOU GOING TO WORK WITH? You will work cross functionally across the business with multiple capabilities and also be apart of the agentic lab; a team built of talented engineers, product owners and consultants. WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE TABLE? 1–3 years of experience post-graduation. We care more about what you’ve shipped than which logo it shipped under, and we acknowledge that experience can obtained outside of work. * A point of view on agentic AI and how it’s shaping the future of work. * You are curious: you prototype to learn and think, you have built things and are hands on with newest generation of AI tools. * You have the basic toolset in place. You come from either consulting, an in-house transformation team or a high-trajectory start-up role. You are used to high paced environments with multiple stakeholders. * You have strong communication skills in both verbal and written settings. We expect you are comfortable with contributing to the conversation in rooms full of senior people. * You can drive your own deliveries under guidance from senior team members and are eager to learn from both individual contributions and team efforts. * You take pride your professional integrity and challenge in a constructive way. Nice to have * Marketing, CRM, customer experience, Martech, or loyalty domain experience * Experience with Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, or comparable enterprise Martech platforms * Experience with AI engineering via e.g. Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar – but we do not expect you to be a software engineer. * Exposure to senior client workshops as participant, note-taker, or facilitator A LEADER IN PERSONALIZED CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES VML MAP is a world-leading Centre of Excellence that helps businesses humanize the relationship between the brand and the customer through hyper personalization at scale, marketing automation and CRM.
