Ta chansen att utvecklas tillsammans med oss på Icehotel – en av Sveriges främsta sevärdheter och omnämnt år efter år som en drömdestination av människor världen över. Ett hotell byggt av snö och is från Torne Älv med konst som skapats av utvalda konstnärer som rest hit från hela världen.
Verksamheten består av både traditionella hotellrum och stugor, Icehotel 365 som är ett hotell på natten och en konsthall på dagen, samt från mitten av december till mitten av april även vårt vinterhotell byggt av snö och is.
Vi brinner för att skapa livsberikande upplevelser och vi lever med naturen i allt vi gör. Vi arrangerar naturnära aktiviteter och kulinariska matupplevelser i egen regi och i samarbete med noggrant utvalda underleverantörer som komplement till iskonsten.
Vi söker servispersonal till frukost/lunchinför höst- och vintersäsong med god möjlighet till förlängning. Tillsammans skapar vi unika upplevelser för våra gäster som kommer från alla världens hörn. I varje möte med gästen ärdin personlighet viktig och vi strävar efter att överträffa våra gästers förväntan.
Vi söker dig som har ett par års erfarenhet av arbete inom restaurang och har gärna goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska. I övrigt ser vi att du har ett genuint intresse för mat, en bra förmåga att arbeta i team samt en strävan att fullfölja arbetet med energi och positivitet. Att du är morgonpigg och glad tar vi för givet!

Our business consists of both traditional warm hotel rooms and cabins, Icehotel 365 which is a hotel at night and an art exhibition in the day, as well as our seasonal ICEHOTEL which is open from mid-December to mid-April.
We are passionate about creating life enriching moments, and we live with the nature in everything we do. We arrange activities out in nature, and culinary food experiences in collaboration with carefully chosen subcontractors as a complement to the ice art.
Now we are looking for staff for breakfast/lunch forthe spring/summer- and autumn seasons, with good possibility to continue working even after that. Together we create unique experiences for our guests that visit us from all over the world. In every meeting with the guest your personality is important, and we strive to exceed our guests expectations!
We are looking for someone with a couple of years’ experience working in restaurants and has good knowledge of Swedish and English. We appreciate a genuine interest in food, the ability to work well in a team, and the wish to fulfil your work with energy and positivity. You are an early riser and a happy to greet our guests in the morning.

About the Role Join to our lunch team and create amemorable Swedish Arctic lunch experience for our guests with a buffet or a la carte service. As a chef at ICEHOTEL, you’ll be part of a creative and dynamic team that delivers high-quality food experiences in a truly unique environment. We operate three distinct restaurants: The Restaurant – our main venue, open year-round, serving breakfast, lunch buffets, à la carte dinners, group menus, and special dietary requests. It’s also the hub for preparing over 3,000 meals for our tours and activities. The Old Homestead – our cozy winter bistro located in a 400-year-old wooden house by the Torne River, known for its signature pizzas and charcoal-grilled dishes. The Veranda – our chef’s table and show-cooking experience, where storytelling and creativity take center stage. Currently open during the winter season only. Each restaurant has its own character, all rooted in the identity of Swedish Lapland. Responsibilities Preparing and cooking our lunch in buffet or a la carte, with a high quality in line with ICEHOTEL’s culinary concept. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations and that routines are followed. Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality. Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings. Support events such as weddings, conferences, and private dining experiences. Who are you?
