Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect at Element Logic Scandinavia, you will become part of our Scandinavian team and play a key role in

developing and optimizing automated intralogistics solutions for our existing customers across Norway, Sweden, and Denmark.

You will work across borders, collaborating closely with customers, Account Managers, and our internal specialist teams to develop

robust and scalable solutions that support our customers’ objectives, both today and in the future. This role is ideal for someone

who enjoys analyzing complex challenges, finding smart solutions, and building strong relationships. You will serve as a trusted

technical and strategic advisor throughout the customer journey, from identifying opportunities for improvement to implementing

and further developing solutions that create lasting value.

Scandinavia is your area of responsibility. The role involves regular interaction with and visits to customers across Norway,

Sweden, and Denmark. You should therefore enjoy a varied working environment, spending time with customers, and have both the

flexibility and ability to travel when required by customers and projects. For the right person, this is an exciting opportunity

to gain insight into different businesses, markets, and technological challenges across Scandinavia – while building strong

relationships with both customers and colleagues. Depending on your experience and interests, you will also have the opportunity

to contribute to sales processes and participate in the execution of delivery projects.

• Act as a technical and strategic advisor to customers across Norway, Sweden, and Denmark through customer meetings, workshops,

and solution discussions.

We are looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a solid understanding of business. You enjoy working

closely with customers, are able to see both the details and the bigger picture, and are motivated by developing solutions that

deliver measurable and long-term value. You do not necessarily need to have worked as a Solution Architect before. What matters

most is that you have relevant technical experience, understand how automated solutions work in practice, and are motivated to

apply your expertise in an advisory and customer-facing role.

questions, and finding better ways of doing things. You take ownership, drive progress, and build trust through clear

communication and strong relationships. You are comfortable engaging with both technical specialists and decision-makers and can
