IHRE AUFGABEN * Du betreibst persönliche sowie telefonische Akquise und kümmerst dich um die Objektaufnahme sowie die Objekteinwertung * Du hast den Immobilienmarkt stets im Blick * Du bist verantwortlich für die die vertrauensvolle Begleitung deiner Kunden bis hin zum Verkaufsprozess und darüber hinaus * Du pflegst deine Kundenbeziehungen und baust dir dein Netzwerk immer weiter auf * Du erstellst Vermarktungsaufträge * Du koordinierst und begleitest die Kaufvertragsverhandlungen sowie Notartermine * Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und denkst über den Tellerrand hinaus IHR PROFIL * Du hast neben Freude am Erfolg auch Spaß, in einem engagierten Team zu arbeiten * Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Motivation und ein sicheres und gepflegtes Auftreten bei Kundenterminen  * Du hast ein Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Immobilien abgeschlossen oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen.
