Kundkontakt och kommunikation – Bygg starka kundrelationer genom tydlig och professionell dialog. Presentera tekniska utredningar och säkerställ att kundens behov tillgodoses med snabba och effektiva åtgärder.
Driva kvalitetsutredningar – Hantera kundreklamationer genom att analysera tekniska avvikelser och leda problemlösningsprocesser.
Säkerställa teknisk kvalitet – arbeta proaktivt i tidig projektfasen för att förbättra kvalitetssäkring och minimering av avvikelser i serieproduktion.
Erfarenhetsåterföring – Skapa och implementera lesson learned från hanterade avvikelser samt sprida bäst praxis horisontellt i tillämpbara områden.
Dataanalys och rapportering – Arbeta med kvalitetsstatistik (Parts per Million, Non-Conforming Report, Cost of Poor Quality) och fatta datadrivna beslut.
Ledningsstöd och eskalering – säkerställa att tekniska och kommersiella konsekvenser kommuniceras effektivt inom organisationen.
Processutveckling – förbättra och vidareutveckla Faiveley Nordics kvalitetsprocesser och system.

Ingenjörsutbildning (meriterande inom produktionsteknik, mekanik eller elektronik).
Erfarenhet av industriell produktion och det är meriterande om du har arbetat inom fordons-, järnvägsbranschen eller underhållsverksamhet av fordon.
Kunskap om kvalitetsverktyg såsom QRQC, APQP, FMEA, FTA, 8D, Six Sigma, etc.
Teknisk analysförmåga och god förståelse för ritningar.
Starka färdigheter i MS Office och vana vid att hantera kvalitetsdata.
Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting cross-functional initiatives within Global Supply Chain. Our S&OP process is already driving real business impact - and now we need someone to take it further. As our S&OP Lead, you'll build on a strong foundation, raise the maturity of the process, and act as the bridge between data, functions, and executive decision-making. This hybrid role is based at our headquarters in Lund. Who is your future team? The Operations organization is responsible for Axis's global supply chain, sourcing, industrialization, and manufacturing. The S&OP process at Axis already has key elements in place and is actively influencing business decisions.
