You will be a key driver in the Business Insights & Analytics department, specifically supporting strategic network development initiatives. You will focus on integrating and transforming data from planning systems into a robust GCP environment, enriching data visibility through Looker, and ensuring the long-term scalability of the data infrastructure. You will: * Data Pipeline Development: Design and build scalable data pipelines using dbt and SQL on GCP (BigQuery). You will maintain existing pipelines, optimize for performance, and implement rigorous data historization. * Business Collaboration: Work closely with international business teams to translate complex requirements into technical data solutions. You will participate in design workshops and advise on data structure and integration approaches. * Reporting & Visualization: Support the development and enhancement of reports in Looker using LookML, ensuring that data is accessible and intuitive for end-users across global markets. * Quality & Documentation: Deliver high-quality technical and functional documentation, conducting regular audits of data flows to ensure absolute accuracy and completeness. * Proactive Advisory: Act as a technical partner, proposing innovative solutions to maximize the value extracted from raw data. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CANDIDATE PROFILE We are looking for an engineer first, consultant second – someone with a builder’s mindset and the ability to bridge the gap between technical architecture and business value. * Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field. * Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and dbt is essential. Candidate Profile We are looking for an ambitious, analytically minded talent who is passionate about leveraging data and AI to solve business problems. The ideal candidate meets several of the following qualifications: * Education: Bachelor’s and Master’s degree (preferred) in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or a related field. An excellent academic track record is highly valued. * Work Experience: Approximately 2–4 years of experience in strategy consulting, data/digital consulting, or business analyst roles, with hands-on exposure to data, analytics, or AI-driven projects. * Business Acumen & AI Fluency: A dual affinity for business and technology. You enjoy solving complex problems and can approach challenges in a structured, strategic way. * Knowledge of data and digital technologies (e.g. analytics, AI, machine learning concepts, digital marketing, cloud platforms) is expected – you don’t need to be a programmer, but you should be tech-savvy and eager to deepen your understanding of the data/AI domain. * Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with an ability to draw insights from data. You have an analytical mindset and are comfortable handling data-driven analysis to support decision making. * Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You can present complex ideas clearly and can adapt your message to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience creating impactful presentations or reports is a must. As we deliver real-time player tracking, sport analytics and broadcast augmentation to more customers worldwide, we are looking to scale from hundreds of sport venues to thousands.
