seeking an exceptional VP of Engineering — a dedicated builder and people leader — to achieve our goals.

The Opportunity

You will lead and scale an R&D organization of 100+ engineers, primarily in Leuven & Munich, with additional teams across other

European hubs. You will focus on creating alignment and driving delivery across the various teams.

Our complex, threat-driven domain—rooted in security research—requires comfort with ambiguity, guiding discovery, and ensuring

execution without stifling innovation. You will shape the engineering organization for its next phase of international expansion

and growth, building scalable structures while preserving our creative spirit.

Leadership & Culture

Partner closely with the CTO to co-design processes and translate strategy into execution.
