Vi söker en strukturerad och driven medarbetare till ett Operational Service Management-team som består av sex personer. I rollen arbetar du nära dina kollegor med att säkerställa att organisationens processer, med särskilt fokus på incidenthantering, är väl dokumenterade, följs och kontinuerligt förbättras. Du blir en viktig del i att utveckla arbetssätt, höja kvaliteten i leveranser och bidra till en effektiv IT-verksamhet genom uppföljning, analys och utbildningsinsatser inom Group IT. Rollen kräver både självständighet och god samarbetsförmåga, där du förväntas ta eget ansvar och driva ditt arbete framåt med ett strukturerat och lösningsorienterat förhållningssätt.
I rollen ansvarar du för att utveckla, förbättra och följa upp organisationens processer, främst inom incidenthantering. Du arbetar aktivt med att säkerställa efterlevnad av etablerade arbetssätt samt identifierar förbättringsområden genom analyser och uppföljning. En viktig del av arbetet är att ta fram utbildningsmaterial och genomföra utbildningar för att stärka kompetensen inom organisationen.
Vidare ingår att skapa rapporter och dashboards, analysera ärenden och trender samt följa upp leveranser. Du hanterar och koordinerar incidenter, inklusive större incidenter, och ansvarar för eskaleringar vid behov. Rollen innebär även deltagande i revisioner och riskanalyser samt att dokumentera processer och moderera möten. Beredskapstjänstgöring ingår enligt schema.
Erfarenhet av IT Service Management-processer (exempelvis Incident, Service Request, Change och Problem Management)
God samarbets- och kommunikationsförmåga
Förmåga att koordinera arbete och driva förbättringsinitiativ
Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift
Erfarenhet av ServiceNow
Erfarenhet av JIRA och Confluence

As a full stack developer at Toyota Material Handling Europe, you will join one of our cross‑functional product teams and work across the full technology stack. Your Profil We believe you have: A Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience. 5+ years of professional software development, with a senior level of autonomy. Strong skills in relational and NoSQL databases (SQL, MongoDB, CosmosDB). Experience with modern frontend frameworks (preferably React). A strong understanding of agile ways of working.
