About the role
As a consultant with us, you’ll be part of a team where collaboration and knowledge sharing are key. Our projects vary – both in terms of technology and how we work – sometimes onsite with the customer, sometimes in-house, sometimes remote.
You’ll work with clients in industries such as Defence, Automotive, and Telecom, contributing to solutions ranging from consumer products to complex industrial systems.
We put a strong focus on competence development – not just through courses, but by building knowledge together. You’ll have the opportunity to explore new technologies and grow continuously in your role.
We think you might have experience in things like:
C# / .NET development
Experience with C++
Backend and/or application development
Cloud platforms, preferably Azure and the Microsoft ecosystem
Working in environments with high security requirements (e.g. defence industry)
Testing (unit, integration, or system level)

As a full stack developer at Toyota Material Handling Europe, you will join one of our cross‑functional product teams and work across the full technology stack. In this role, you will:
Contribute to technical direction, system design and architectural decisions within your team.
Work hands‑on with modern microservice development in C#/.NET and frontend development in React/TypeScript.
Contribute to our platform modernization, including cloud migration, event‑driven architecture, observability, and improved scalability.
Take ownership of a functional domain and guide both junior and mid‑level developers through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Ensure engineering excellence through code reviews, automation, CI/CD, and best practices.
Collaborate closely with product management and UX to shape features end‑to‑end.
We work in an agile, SAFe‑inspired setup with strong team autonomy and clear product ownership.
Operational responsibilities such as on‑call duty are limited and shared, supported by high observability and automated monitoring to minimize manual effort

Your Profil
We believe you have:
A Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
5+ years of professional software development, with a senior level of autonomy.
Deep expertise in C#/.NET and experience with microservice architectures.
Solid experience with cloud platforms, ideally Azure.
Strong skills in relational and NoSQL databases (SQL, MongoDB, CosmosDB).
Experience with modern frontend frameworks (preferably React).
A strong understanding of agile ways of working.
Fluency in English and ability to communicate in spoken Swedish.
You enjoy taking responsibility and have a natural ability to think in terms of systems and architecture. You take a pragmatic approach to your work and thrive in a collaborative environment, where sharing ideas and working together are key. Join our dynamic COMOS Plant Engineering IT team as a Senior Developer, where you will play a pivotal role in addressing the growing project demands for the different COMOS platforms. Imagine developing innovative solutions that not only mitigate risks associated with the upcoming Teamcenter upgrades but also enhance the stability of our systems.
You will lead custom software development and solution architecture within the COMOS environment, ensuring seamless system integration and maintenance. How You’ll Make an Impact
You will design and develop custom software solutions using C#/.NET and WPF to meet R&D and customer project requirements within the COMOS Plant Engineering environments.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for solution designs, data models, and system integrations to ensure clarity and continuity.
Lead the evaluation and selection of technologies and methodologies to enhance the functionality and performance of our engineering tool ecosystem.
Implement and manage system configurations, customizations, and integrations, focusing on mitigating the impact of the Teamcenter upgrades on the COMOS-Teamcenter interfaces.

What You Bring
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or possess equivalent professional experience.
Proven senior-level experience in software development, particularly with C#/.NET Framework, WPF, and Git.
COMOS Plant Engineering Knowhow is meritorious.
Demonstrated expertise in developing custom solutions within the framework of a third-party enterprise application.
Experience managing large, complex software projects or processes with limited oversight, preferably using Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
You possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a cultural awareness that thrives in truly global teams.

Om uppdraget
I rollen ansvarar du för att utveckla skalbara backendlösningar i Python samtidigt som du bygger AI- och maskininlärningsmodeller för analys av komplex drift- och underhållsdata från avancerade flygsystem. Du arbetar genom hela datakedjan – från datainsamling och ETL-flöden till analys, visualisering och produktionssättning av lösningar.
Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter omfattar bland annat:
-Design, utveckling och förvaltning av skalbara backendtjänster och REST API i Python. -Utveckling och implementering av AI- och ML-modeller, inklusive LLM-baserade lösningar, prompt engineering och multi-agentramverk. -Design och utveckling av ETL-processer för batch- och realtidsdata med exempelvis Airflow. -Utveckling av modeller för prediktivt underhåll, felanalys och efterfrågeprognoser. -Framtagning av interaktiva dashboards och visualiseringar med Plotly och andra moderna verktyg. -Arbete med containerbaserade miljöer i Docker och Kubernetes samt CI/CD-processer och versionshantering i Git.
Krav Vi söker en erfaren konsult (nivå 3–4) som har:
-Akademisk examen inom datavetenskap, data engineering eller annat relevant tekniskt område. -Dokumenterad erfarenhet av Python samt bibliotek som Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch och TensorFlow/Keras. -Erfarenhet av data warehousing samt verktyg för data reliability och observability. -Erfarenhet av AI/ML-utveckling, anomalidetektion och implementering av LLM-baserade lösningar. -Erfarenhet av att utveckla REST API och backendlösningar med exempelvis FastAPI, Flask eller liknande ramverk. -Erfarenhet av Git, Docker, Kubernetes och arbetsflödesorkestrering, exempelvis Airflow. -God kommunikativ förmåga på både svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
