Nu söker vi dig som vill bidra i rollen som specialist och rådgivare inom rekrytering och kompetensförsörjning hos Saab för ett långtidsuppdrag.
Din roll I den här rollen kombinerar du det strategiska perspektivet inom Talent Acquisition med det operativa hantverket i rekrytering. Det här är inte en roll där du enbart väntar på ansökningar – du arbetar även datadrivet, analytiskt och proaktivt för att säkerställa att vi attraherar och rekryterar rätt kompetens, idag och framåt. Du har helhetsansvar för rekryteringsprocessen och fungerar som en strategisk och konsultativ partner till rekryterande chefer och HR. Beroende på roll och målgrupp kan du komma att arbeta både med riktad annonsering och aktiv search, där du identifierar och engagerar kandidater. Rollen innebär även ett tydligt förbättrings- och utvecklingsfokus. Med stöd av data, insikter och analys bidrar du till att utveckla våra arbetssätt, processer och kandidatupplevelse. Du blir en del av ett erfaret Talent Acquisition-team som arbetar över hela talent-livscykeln, från employer branding och outreach till avslutad rekrytering. Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden - Ansvara för hela rekryteringsprocessen – från behovsanalys och kravprofil till anställning - Arbeta proaktivt och potentiellt även med uppsökande rekrytering (search) och relationsbyggande inom relevanta målgrupper - Utforma och publicera målgruppsanpassade annonser samt arbeta med urval och intervjuer - Genomföra kompetensbaserade intervjuer, personbedömningar, referenstagning och vid behov säkerhetsprövningar - Vara ett strategiskt och coachande stöd till rekryterande chefer och HR - Arbeta analytiskt och datadrivet för att följa upp rekryteringsutfall, identifiera förbättringsområden och optimera processer - Bidra till och driva förbättringsarbete inom Talent Acquisition, exempelvis kring processer, verktyg eller arbetssätt - Bygga och underhålla nätverk samt stärka vår långsiktiga kompetensförsörjning Din profil Vi söker dig som har flera års erfarenhet av rekrytering eller Talent Acquisition. Du är trygg i hela rekryteringsprocessen och har erfarenhet av både uppsökande rekrytering och annonsering. Du har ett analytiskt mindset och är van vid att arbeta datadrivet – du använder insikter och statistik för att fatta bättre beslut, prioritera rätt och utveckla ditt arbetssätt. Samtidigt är du kommunikativ, relationsskapande och trivs i nära samarbete med chefer och andra stakeholders. Vi ser gärna att du har: - 3–9 års erfarenhet av rekrytering och/eller Talent Acquisition - Erfarenhet av proaktiv search och arbete med svårrekryterade profiler - Stark analytisk förmåga och vana att arbeta datadrivet - Förmåga att arbeta självständigt, strukturerat och lösningsorienterat - Ett konsultativt och coachande förhållningssätt gentemot chefer - Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga i svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift - Relevant högskoleutbildning, exempelvis inom HR eller motsvarande
Meriterande: erfarenhet av arbetspsykologiska tester och/eller certifiering inom assessment Vi tror att du är nyfiken, prestigelös och driven, med en vilja att utveckla både dig själv och våra rekryteringsarbetssätt. Du kombinerar affärsförståelse med struktur och analys, och har modet att utmana, förbättra och ligga steget före i kompetensförsörjningsfrågor.
