Build something fun. Lead something real. Join StickerApp as our new Tech Lead and help us create the world’s most playful sticker experience!
About us
StickerApp is the small company that made it big in the sticker world. What started in 2006 as a niche idea has grown into a thriving global platform with over 120 employees, including a 20-person strong Tech team, serving customers in more than one hundred countries. We help creators, brands, and everyday sticker lovers design and order high quality, custom stickers that feel personal, fun, and easy to make.
Our product is fully online, our team is proudly hands-on, and our ambition is to make every interaction, from designing your first sticker to unboxing your latest order, feel just right. We care deeply about the experience, and we believe craft, speed, and joy can go hand in hand.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a curious, experienced, and thoughtful Tech Lead to join our Customer Journey team, one of our core product teams responsible for the full user experience. In this role, you will take the lead on the technical side of our e-commerce platform while continuing to write code and collaborate closely with your teammates.
You are a developer who is just as comfortable writing code as you are leading others. You thrive in a role that is 50% technical leadership and 50% coding, and you are ready to support your teammates, share your knowledge, and drive continuous improvement across engineering, quality assurance, and team practices. This role does not include any personnel management responsibilities.
What your days might look like
This role combines equal parts programming and technical leadership, working in a dedicated team consisting of a Product Owner and four full-stack developers.
Build and improve the parts of our platform that customers use every day — including our storefront, sticker editors, content management integrations, and shopping flow.
Lead architectural discussions and guide long-term technical decisions.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code that supports a smooth customer experience.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Balance coding with technical leadership and mentorship.
Work across our stack — from TypeScript and Svelte components, to Node APIs and Docker configurations.
Contribute to prioritizing technical debt and refining features together with your teammates.
How we work
We move fast but never at the expense of quality.
We’re not trend chasers, but we love smart tools and modern technology.
We value focus and flow, yet we make time for coffee breaks and real-life conversations.
Who you are
You have the technical maturity and judgment that comes with experience. You’re confident in modern frontend development and write scalable code in TypeScript. You know how to create fast, intuitive interfaces that customers enjoy using, with a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and performance optimization.
Experience from e-commerce platforms is highly meriting.
Your technical strengths
Strong skills in modern JavaScript frameworks
Understanding of how to work with and around headless content management systems.
Comfortable working across the stack, including Node.js, and familiar with building and maintaining custom packages and component libraries.
Experience integrating third-party services and building or maintaining APIs.
Knowledge of how frontend, content, integrations, and backend logic come together to form a seamless customer journey.
You express yourself clearly and confidently in both written and spoken English.
How you work
You know how to prioritize technical work, guide architectural decisions, and maintain high quality without micromanagement.
You take initiative and ownership — from concept to delivery — and contribute to both code and collaboration.
You appreciate clear direction and structure, yet remain pragmatic and open-minded.
You thrive in a feedback-driven environment, where shared learning and growth are part of the culture.
Why you will love working here
We are a growing product company with a steady business, short decision paths, and a team first culture. We are proudly based in Lomma, and we spend four days a week together at the office — because it makes the work better and more fun. Our stickers are genuinely cool, and our people are friendly, humble, and passionate about their craft.
You will not find unnecessary hierarchy or endless meetings here. Instead, you will find space to focus, freedom to explore, and support to lead. You will work on a product that has thousands of happy users and leaves a physical impression in the world, literally.
We review applications regularly, so don’t wait

At Relax Gaming, we’ve seen firsthand how AI and automation can genuinely change the way we work in day-to-day operations across the business. We’re now looking for a Head of AI & Automation to help us build on that momentum. This is a role for someone who enjoys working close to the business: understanding how things actually work today, spotting opportunities to improve them, and turning those ideas into structured, real-world solutions that make a difference. You’ll lead our AI & Automation function and collaborate with teams across the company: from Support and Compliance to Finance, Legal, IT and beyond, helping us scale what’s already working and explore what’s possible next. This role is open in our Stockholm office in Urban Escape, Regeringsgatan 25. What you’ll be doing Working closely with teams across the business You’ll spend time with different departments to understand their workflows, challenges, and goals and help identify where automation or AI can create real value. Turning ideas into clear, actionable plans You’ll take insights from the business and turn them into detailed project specifications (e.g., workflow descriptions, pain points, feasibility assessments, and expected outcomes), giving our development team everything they need to build effectively. Building and prioritising our pipeline You’ll own and continuously evolve our AI & Automation roadmap, balancing impact, feasibility, and readiness across the organisation. Supporting adoption and understanding You’ll help teams feel confident using AI tools and solutions through workshops, demos, and by showcasing what’s already been achieved. Leading and growing the team You’ll support and guide a small, growing team, but your primary output isn't management. It's the project specs and pipeline that drive what gets built next. You'll create clarity around priorities and make sure the team always knows what to build and why. A quick clarification: This role is focused on business process automation and applied AI across the organisation. It is not about building AI features for games. We think you’ll enjoy this role if you: Have experience writing technical specifications, project briefs, or requirements documents that development teams actually used to build from Have 10+ years of experience in technology, business analysis, systems analysis or similar Have worked closely with business stakeholders, not just in purely technical roles Have hands-on experience delivering automation end-to-end Are comfortable working across different business areas Communicate clearly and enjoy making complex topics easy to understand Feel comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders Are based in (or open to relocating to) Stockholm It’s a plus if you also have Experience with applied AI tools (e.g. GPT, Azure OpenAI, Copilot, Power Automate) Experience in regulated environments (e.g. iGaming) Experience managing or mentoring a team Worked with process improvement or maturity frameworks Experience showcasing work through demos, training, or presentations A habit of measuring impact (efficiency gains, cost savings, etc.) What success could look like In your first months, you’ll start building relationships across the business, shape a clear pipeline of opportunities, and help bring several initiatives into development, while creating visibility and understanding at the leadership level. Why this role matters A small team at Relax has already delivered meaningful impact through automation and AI: from reducing manual work to improving response times and enabling teams to focus on higher-value tasks. This role is about helping us scale that impact thoughtfully across the company. Life at Relax Are you ready to join a creative, forward-thinking team shaping the future of iGaming? At Relax, we value curiosity, diversity, and the courage to challenge limits. With 350+ colleagues across 10+ locations, we combine stability with constant evolution, driven by passion and teamwork. Relax offers an environment where you can grow, learn, and make real impact. Collaboration is central to how we work, and our success comes from the talent and dedication of our people. If you’re motivated by quality, results, and meaningful connections, you’ll fit right in. No matter where you’re based, you’ll find the same supportive, respectful, and ambitious spirit that defines Relax Gaming. About Relax Gaming Relax Gaming Group was founded in 2010 with the goal of simplifying B2B content delivery for the modern iGaming landscape. With business simplicity and collaboration central to its ethos. Via a quick one-time integration, Relax Gaming now provides access to a roster of 4,000+ casino games to 1,000+ operator brands with a diverse range of proprietary products, including Poker, Bingo, and it's own extensive slot portfolio.
