The role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Account Manager with start-up and/or SaaS experience. This role is critical in bridging the
gap between our software development teams and our end users. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate
complexity and translate their business needs into impactful outcomes through our platform. If you’re passionate about the energy

You’ll be the face of enmacc with our clients in the UK energy market working closely with this client segment and engaging them to become digital pioneers in energy trading. WHAT YOU’LL DO: You will be responsible for the long-term success of our international, professional trading customer base and with the full support of the business and your team you will: * Work closely with a portfolio of current clients to define success and help them maximise value out of engaging with the enmacc platform in the UK market. * Proactively have regular touch points with clients, planning & supporting their trading needs. * Develop and convert a pipeline of prospective clients in the large, international energy and environmental commodity trading segment in the UK. * Lead the onboarding process of new clients and assist them in fostering user adoption within their whole organisation. * Independently manage the development of new and current client accounts and the evolution of the UK energy market, regarding business opportunities and market trends. * Act as a link between departments to drive customer advocacy by delivering actionable client feedback. WHO YOU ARE: * Five or more years of experience in the energy origination or trading business; for example, as an Energy Trader or energy-related Software Account Manager. * Experience in the UK energy space is a must, with a strong network that enables you to effectively contribute from day one. * Knowledge of both physical and financial energy trading. * Highly motivated regarding your career, your skills, and your success. * Proactive and self-motivated professional who can work on your own initiative, with an innovative and growth-oriented mindset. * Affinity for digital products and services, with the confidence that digitalisation is key to market growth. * Skillful at building long-term relationships with traders and key stakeholders. * Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). * Ability to travel periodically to our Munich Head Office Don't match every single requirement? YOU WILL LEAD AND MANAGE A PORTFOLIO OF OUR ENTERPRISE CLIENTS, HELPING THEM TO REALISE VALUE AND SUPPORT GROWTH. * Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and end users within each of your accounts * Consult clients on how to solve challenges / achieve desired outcomes with GWI. * Create success plans to drive adoption and track the achievement of desired outcomes. * Identify and feedback growth opportunities with your AM counterparts * Pull, analyze, and deliver regular usage reports for each of your accounts. * Forecast risk with account manager and develop a plan to mitigate * Working closely with other internal teams to help deliver custom projects and strategic workshops * Be the voice of the customer and channel feedback to relevant departments.
